We took our 2025 CRV in for service. Had a 2:00 appointment and they were right on time. We worked with Dan Weinmann in the service department. He was very knowledgeable, and kept us updated as our car was being worked on. 10/10 will definitely be returning for service in the future.

Definitely on the pricier side, but they do a good job. I had to take my car here once before to figure out a problem my normal mechanic wasn't sure about. Nice waiting room with coffee and water.

Rick Williams has been an excellent ambassador for the manufacturer and the dealer. I have to start out by recognizing great sales and support. Rick has sold me three or four vehicles in the past 8 years.
My most recent purchase was a Honda Ridgeline that had a faulty throttle device of some sort. I was shocked that there was absolutely no loaner vehicle for me as I lost my truck for a day.
This dealership is making insane margins since Covid: no price haggling and hardly any consistent inventory. I don’t care what my warranty paper fine print says, when I pay most of $50k for a truck that breaks down after 6 months, all your customers deserve better support.
The overall service experience was flat. I pulled my truck in at 5 pm and there was no enthusiasm from the Service Manager. I felt zero love at the counter. I was more of an inconvenience than a valued customer.
When my wife went to pick the car up the next day she noted that her part of the service experience was much less than it used to be and I hadn’t really shared my grief with her.
When I got my truck back a black box on the end of a wire was dangling by my feet - obviously now I need to go back again for their recall.
Until they find a way to change their culture in the Service Department - I would steer clear of this dealership.

I’ve had my Honda for almost ten years, and the service at Rick Roush Honda Medina is always great. In my latest visit, Dan Weinmann was extremely helpful. He pinpointed my issue quickly, and noted it was a minor problem, so I was not charged for the service. Thank you, Dan and team!

A routine service call took two days. And tried to say the alternator was bad and needed replacement for $1300 plus tax instead of bad battery which was under Honda warranty. Conrads checked charging system and vehicle needed just new battery.

Roush Honda just acquired two new lifetime customers. The dealership itself is in a great central location, it’s incredibly clean and spacious, and the entire staff was welcoming. Tristan went out of his way to get us in for a test drive in the exact vehicle we wanted, even though we showed up 15 minutes before closing on a Friday evening. At no point did my wife and I feel like we were being upsold, downsold, or anything other than being helped to find the exact vehicle we wanted. Without a doubt Tristan is one of the main reasons we went with Roush Honda — one of the best salesmen in the universe for sure. Everyone involved from start to finish was 5 stars.
This will be our first stop when it’s time to trade in our other vehicle.
