Great customer service, very friendly. John was fantastic, answered all of our questions. Outdoor showroom, so kids can play and try the sets. Once we decided on a package, very quick process. Reasonably priced considering the great quality and delivery and set up.

Husband and I went to buy shed. They had two exact sheds, one in a pale puke color and one in red. The first was priced out on building but the red wasn’t. We waited till they opened to find out pricing for red one because I figured there would be an up charge for it and was ok with that. Imagine my surprise when that price was almost 1.000.00 over. When I questioned girl at counter she said well it’s 389.00 for the color. I replied well your quoting almost 1,000.00 more. She than argued with me about the sale price on the first one. When I showed her a picture on my phone I had taken she replied “Well that’s wrong and you can have it for that IF you buy it before I can get out there and take it down because my boss is gonna be mad”. Seriously? This is how you do business? No thanks.

The install and product is great! Just be sure that you get your transaction details in writing! They were willing to price match a competitor but didn’t completely deliver. The competition included a basketball with the package and Play Ground World couldn’t throw in a $20 basketball after we spent $2700 on a hoop. When questioned about the basketball they failed to get back to me and simply said we didn’t know anything about a basketball. Yet I emailed and texted them the price match details which included the pole pad, backboard pad, and basketball per their request. I understand it’s only a basketball...however when practicing good business you should always honor your word.
