I know it’s hard to find good help. I didn’t mean to put anybody out by coming in and asking one of the employees to look something up on the computer . This long-haired kid, with the Joe dirt beard, seemed annoyed that he had to do any type of work. Come on guys, dig a little deeper for quality employees.

Ethan (gosh I hope that's the right name, blonde guy) turned that what I thought would be a boring drawn-out experience into a 5 minute ordeal. Straight to the point, great service, our interaction was short but he had great character. He even replaced my windshield wiper for me, what a great dude.

I have a 2019 Kia optima S and I have had some issues with putting a headlight into my car and no one has attempted to help me as I can’t do it myself. And then a few days later, my battery was low and so I took it to O’Reilly’s for both things and I can’t say enough good things about the store. The associate, Matt, has helped me numerous times on my car by putting the new battery and the lights in and not giving me any issues. He was very friendly and helpful. So I am giving the store 100% satisfaction for helping me in my time of need. So if you need a good place to get things done, you should see Matt.! Thank you Matt, from O’Reilly’s! You are an angel sent from heaven!!

Red haired woman had a horrible attitude, bad listening skills, and lack of experience. She walked off on us when I needed additional parts and to close the sale. I walked out and took my commercial sale to another store.

Pretty nice parts store. Need HD truck antifreeze and they had it. Truck parts stores were closed when I needed it
