This is the best store for Dogs ever! I absolutely love how kind and caring the whole staff is. Stacy is always very informed on all her products , I have been going here since they have opened , When my 1st dog Scoobie passed she cried for me . Now I have Charlie and he is such a diva he prefers to be greeted with a duck heart and she always gives him what makes him happy !! Thank You guys for being Medina awesome -- Kelly Albrecht

Snippy customer service now and throughout the last several years. Overcrowded merch throughout the store. Quietly asking a question whether they had a certain item or not resulted in the person at the counter acting like I was bothering her and giving us sarcastic, negative responses. My friend and I had a fun day at different businesses in town only for this business to impose their negativity. Never mind, no one else was in the store but us. I'll never shop here again. I've given this place chance after chance. Several other locals have commented that they and their clients experience the same snippyness by the owner. There are plenty of other nice dog bakeries to support. No to this one.

Love this place. Super nice, great natural treats for my dogs that love them. Getting for my neighbor now too! Can freeze them too!

Such a cute place! Went to look at custom leashes and was able to find so many we couldn't even decide on! They also carry dog supplies and make their own healthy dog treats. Would recommend!

I love this place! She is so knowledgeable and her staff is also very warm & inviting and friendly! The girls and the owner always make my day as well as my dog's. Will be a loyal customer for life!
