“Chase, Thomas and Courtney really came through as the A team and delivered exceptional customer service. I had an appointment at Walmart three days in a row and was canceled all three times due to staffing. I needed to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I called Jiffy Lube and Chase said they closed in 20 minutes and if I could get there before they closed he would take care of me. “The gentlemen at this location were very nice and quick, and you can tell they enjoyed working with each other. It was funny because while waiting to leave, I was blocked in by the tail end of the oil tanker. I didn't mind waiting since I wasn't in a rush. You could tell they were trying to figure out what to do. I waved and said, "No worries, I can wait." I thought that was nice of them to care about my time running around. So thank you.”

Absolutely wonderful customer service, had amazing communication with all of his staff, and even had some good jokes along the way!
