“Just got some new tires and an alignment.
Picked the tires and set up the appointment online. Dropped my car and keys off the next day around noon. The gentleman was courteous and asked me when I'd be back so they can make sure it was ready. A couple hours later I get a notification with a video from the mechanic doing an inspection discussing and showing my brakes and suspension parts. So cool! Stopped after work and it was all ready to go. So pleased, price was great, will definitely come back!”

“The gentlemen at this location were very nice and quick, and you can tell they enjoyed working with each other. “Chase, Thomas and Courtney really came through as the A team and delivered exceptional customer service. I had an appointment at Walmart three days in a row and was canceled all three times due to staffing. I needed to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I called Jiffy Lube and Chase said they closed in 20 minutes and if I could get there before they closed he would take care of me.
