I was a bit concerned when my favorite automobile repair store, NTB, was sold to another company. But my experience with Ed, today’s sales manager, was outstanding. He was very friendly and walked me through the various options for some of the service options I needed for my car. When I had to buy a new tire for my 2011 Lexus since I hit a curb and damaged the tire, Ed offered me several options knowing that I didn’t want to put a lot of money in a car with almost 199,000 miles. Thanks Ed and thanks NTB for hiring such terrific service personnel.
