Absolutely horrible dealing with the people inside of Subway. I ordered off the app, and was charged the amount of $51.35, which was successfully taken out of my bank, so yes, the order was paid for. Somehow, something went wrong on THEIR end, and I showed them it was paid for and already has been taken out of my bank, amount totaling around $51.35. The lady, and I use this term loosely in this case, informed me to reorder my food, which would then the total out of my bank would be $102 told her I was not willing to do that and be out of my $56. She then told me, I would now have to wait 3 days, so here I am, over $50 taken out of MY bank ( which I’m probably not going to see again), and no food. Lovely, huh?! Yeah…they definitely do their jobs there ?
Update: my husband went in there, and they did make our food, not sure on how good it is going to be when you have ppl there making it and they do not like you. This lady, which she said her name was Darcy ?, was continuously baiting me into an argument while my husband was on the phone with me. I hope the manager hears about this, and takes the necessary action to correct this particular employee.

Came to get lottery tickets. The guy who was the cashier was pre-printing a bunch of $2.00 powerball tickets and selling them to people later. Someone got $40 in tickets and thos guy gave him 20 $2.00 tickets he had already printed. Everyone who got tickets was visibly sketched out by this. It's extremely shady and I doubt it's legal.

This is a good place to get gas. It’s reasonable. Sometimes there’s some difficulty with the pumps, but for the most part it’s good. The Minit Mart store is good. It’s usually well stocked with a variety of items from snacks to milk to drinks.

Cashier was hiding in the office. When she finally waddled out she said they had no propane tanks when the container holding the tanks was full of newly delivered tanks.Customer service disgrace. But she did offer me a “nice day” so there’s that.

I've been stuck going here from time to time just because it is the closest option but have finally had enough. I've frequently bought their overpriced products only to leave the store and realize what I'm holding has expired months ago. Employees are rude and unprofessional. On my most recent trip, I was told I didn't know how to use their chip reader for my debit card and charged 3 times for a single product. After the first two, I logged into my banking app and showed the employee that I had already been charged twice. I was told that I didn't understand how these things work. Guess what? I was charged 3 times. Hopefully the south end of town gets a better option than this place sometime soon.

Always only 1 type of coffee any time of day. If any at all. Asking for ID from Every single person wanting tobacco or alcohol is not what the law satates. Sorry but if you have to card ppl who are VISIBLY old enough you should not be behind any counter anywhere. Your 'POLICIES' ARE NOT LAW. Not 1 single other minit mart in Medina folllows this made up policy. The law states you must look under 30 to be carded. They put tape on the counters flyer that states this law. I will not b back to this store until different management has taken over.

If the owners would allow management to actually schedule staff maybe turnover wouldn’t be so high and most visits wouldn’t be one star quality. I feel terrible for any one that has the misfortune of working here.

This is the 3rd and final time that I ever shop at this location. I go in to purchase my cigarettes and they are out. Not that hard to order. Oh well they have just lost about 5k per year. Will never shop there again.
