I wish I could give more stars!! The entire crew from Medina Exteriors was absolutely amazing to work with. They are incredibly thorough throughout the whole process from the quote to the last board attached to my mom's new, safe & beautiful deck. Communication is constant and kept me on top of the project the whole time. It was a joy to work with every member of the team and I truly appreciate every detail attended to. This addition really makes the home complete now and simply seems like it was always there. We expect many years of relaxation and enjoyment on the new deck. THANK YOU Medina Exteriors!!!

Medina Exteriors installed front and rear entry doors in early April, we were so impressed with the ProVia product and the install. We had them back in June to give us a quote on replacement windows. Brett answered all our concerns and we went with the ProVia product again. 16 windows in total, same installers, did an excellent job, caring for our home as they worked. We have an Australian shepherd and he is very anxious with workers. He was totally at ease with both of them and not anxious at all. When you contract with a company, the product has to be top notch 1st, then the install has to go smoothly. We were impressed with both.

Simply Distinct helped us with our dream kitchen and floors! They came up with a kitchen design that was different from all other companies, and it had everything we wanted. Everyone was very professional, answered our questions and helped us through every step of the process. The project manager and scheduler kept us informed throughout the 3 months, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We were nervous about living through construction in the heart of our house with kids and a dog, but they did a wonderful job of cleaning up at the end of every day so we could still have meals at home. They stuck with the schedule which was great considering all of the moving parts of the job. We had plumbers, electricians, drywallers, flooring work, and more! Brett and his team have done work for our family for years... Most notable, we have had 2 trees fall on our house in the tine we have lived here. Medina Exteriors has worked with us... Been patient, both with us and our insurance company, and continually do exceptional work. We always know they will take good care of our home and our property. Their new app is a brilliant new communication feature as well. 10 of 10 would recommend... 10 out of five stars.... Good people all around. Thank you!

Our project was converting a back porch into a three-season room and having gutters and downspouts replaced. My husband and I could not be more pleased with the entire team and the final outcome. From initiation of the project, to include assistance with design ideas, through the final installation/finished outcome the entire team was courteous, professional, and a true pleasure to work with. The team expertly worked through some challenges that were encountered due to the existing structure and provided some creative ideas and solutions that really made the conversion outstanding. We highly recommend Medina Exteriors.

Medina Exteriors/Simply Distinct Kitchens and Baths completed a full kitchen remodel and floor replacement for us. Excellent company to work with! Can’t say enough about Brett and all of the people that worked with us…Kevin especially!! They absolutely went above and beyond to finish our kitchen so that we were happy with the project. We had a couple hiccups with supply chain issues and appliances and they consistently worked with us to solve every issue. They absolutely stand behind what they do and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Look forward to working with them again! Honorable mention to Stephanie for dealing with all my messages:)!!!

We used Medina Exteriors/Simply Distinct for our recent complete kitchen remodel. We encountered nothing but friendliness and professionalism from start to finish from every team member involved. We love our new kitchen! The schedule was set months before the process and they were off by only one day at the end of 7 weeks. Any changes were communicated with plenty of notice so it made the remodel go smoothly. Mariah, Brett, Josh and Ken and all the tradesmen were great to work with and very accommodating . Medina Exteriors and Simply Distinct Kitchens & Baths replaced a golf cart door and then did a sizable remodeling job for us (new kitchen, flooring throughout, etc.) and we could not have been more pleased. They were efficient, beyond courteous and paid close attention to detail. We would not hesitate to work with them again, nor to recommend them. For those who talk about the price difference, Medina Exterior's price was on par with another very reputable high-end company In the area with whom we also visited. In the past we had worked with another company which turned out to be a bitter disappointment. Dealing with that company and Medina Exteriors and Simply Distinct Kitchens & Baths was like comparing a tricycle to a Harley Davidson. With regard to the comment about a "consultation fee" - if you have been to any well-honed company, you would know this is how they all function. Why would anyone spend time, draw up specs, etc. for you to decide you don't want to do the job, or put it off for another year? The entire crew coming to view the project? It's fantastic. Each has questions about details and suggestions that you, yourself don't think of. When they leave, you feel that you've met with each professional that is going to be in your home working on your project. It's the formation of a good working relationship. Lastly, Medina Exteriors has an excellent reputation for standing behind their work. If they have come back for any small thing, they have done so promptly, efficiently and pleasantly. If you choose Medina Exteriors, you are working with good people who do quality work.

The team at Medina Exteriors first replaced a golf cart door in our lower level and we were very impressed by the workmanship and installation team. We then contracted them to remodel our kitchen with new cabinetry and countertop. We continued the new flooring throughout the main living area with painting, as well. Their work was impeccable and their team could not have been kinder or more accommodating. From our first visit at their showroom to the final walk through, ****** ****** and their entire team were a true pleasure. The group of young men working in our home paid close attention to every detail and went above & beyond in their efforts. We would recommend them without hesitation (in fact, we have) and will call on them for any future work we decide to have done. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give them.

We were happy to use Medina Exteriors & Remodeling for floors, doors with casing, painting and baseboards. The crew members were professional, timley, thoughtful and had great attention to detail. Brett and Mariah were wonderful to work with and had helpful design ideas.
