Quick service and the vibe is really grungy and cool in there. I wish they had a bigger selection of wine.

Medina Drive-Thru has been around at least 45 years, the only one of its kind and the convenience if an enclosed area to purchase food, beverages, lottery tickets plus a variety of snack & staple items, is wonderful! The customer service has been outstanding all these years, with polite and friendly staff.
