Started out searching online for a fair price for my trade in and the lowest cost out the door for a new GMC. I searched a radius of 150 miles from my home in WVA. I spent about 4 days filling out forms for various dealers to get the best deal. I received an email from Haley (the sales rep) at Medina GMC. She was very helpful and accommodating to a personal issue that I was attending to. I made the 2 hr 15 minute trip to the dealership. One hour later and no later per my request when I walked in, I was satisfied with the deal and agreed to purchase exactly what I wanted. Haley, support staff from Clean Up and Delivery, and her GM went above and beyond to accommodate me. Should I need another car or know anyone in the market to buy, I whole heartedly recommend the Medina GMC team and most importantly Haley.

Bryan Panteck is the owner. I've had emails in to him and sales rep trying to renew my lease. Because I've been in the industry and not an easy sell or someone to take advantage of they haven't responded to multi emails in over a week. This company doesn't care about your business or helping repeat customers , they only care about the easy sell. DO NOT SHOP HERE OR SPEND YOUR MONEY. GO TO ANOTHER GMC STORE !!!!! Contacted his sells rep and him again with no response.I was trying to give you thousands of my dollars. I'm sure gmc would be thrilled to know that got fumbled.

The best experience I've had at a dealership. First, we were welcomed in by a nice woman at the front desk who introduced us to our sales consultant Liana. She was kind, helpful and not pushy at all. She was a best case scenario consultant! The sales manager Peter came over and introduced himself while we were awaiting financials. He was also very kind and chatted with us for quite awhile. So far everything was moving so smoothly we were waiting for something to stall the process. Moving onto Financials and signing, Dean was quick and efficient and again so nice. I couldn't recommend Medina Buick & GMC enough! What a great group of people, thanks for making this such a seamless experience for us!

We purchased a very expensive 2023 truck from this dealership at the end of October. The sales person Gyna was great! No issues with her at all. I would highly recommend her. But… we had multiple other issues… Our temporary plate was coming up on expiration and we called multiple times to find out what going on with the permanent plates. Left multiple messages with no return calls from the “title lady”. I finally escalated it higher because our plate was literally expiring in days and I got the run around telling me our plate was mailed to our Michigan address (which we made clear upon picking up the truck that we would still be in Ohio). We made the trip to Michigan to get our plates and they were NOT there! 5 hour drive for nothing! Then the dealer called and said they just received them at their location (which we were told was the original plan). They overnighted them to us. We received them 2 days later and ONLY received the actual plate! NO STICKER TAG OR REGISTRATION! Upon calling the dealer AGAIN, we were given the runaround and told we had to drive to Michigan to get the tags. AGAIN! At this point we’re furious. We’ve already drove their once for nothing! We demanded some type of compensation for all of this and they agreed to pay for the gas lol what about the extra mileage we put on our brand new truck??? No gas was refunded. We continue to call and leave voicemails with no return calls. I’m in the process of contacting a complaint with GMC directly! This is not over.

I am a courier that delivers medicine to senior living homes. My GM vehicle had a cooling issue on the highway and I had it towed to Medina Buick & GMC late on Friday afternoon. Their service team went the extra mile to get the issue resolved and had me back on the road early Saturday. They helped me find a hotel after the ones I had contacted were booked for the weekend. The Tech that worked on my vehicle was excellent and explained everything about the repair to me. They even found an AC phone charger for me to borrow overnight. Five stars for sure. I highly recommend these folks for supper service.

After trying to buy a 2023 Denali hd called 4 dealers they all seemed to be doing me a favor to take an order I called medinia gmc and talked to Charlie and he went out of his way to help ordered truck built and delivered in 10 weeks plus a fair price not price gouging like some highly recommended!!

Service is trash. Had pulsating breaks, there repair lasted 10k and they offered no WARRANTY. Also asked to solve a sensor issue and they were unable to resolve a loose wire and still charged for it. Mary at reception was clueless as well, total headache.

Service people are great when I picked up my car and took it home I noticed a crack in the windshield I don’t think it was there when I brought the car in but I’m not sure I didn’t tell anyone there yet
