I really appreciate Marc's for their highly competitive prices. Store personnel are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is the best. It would be even better if they were able to do some renovation.

Very poor customer service. Refused to honor a coupon. The manager said he is not responsible for the ads. I was a regular customer but will never shop there again. This occurred at the Medina Marc's.

Has a great wine selection. Got a bottle of Catawba from Lonz Winery. Have good ethnic foods but not as good of selection as the store in North Olmsted. But they do a good job at keeping a variety of ethnic food.

Stopped by Marc's and stepped into 1984. The music, the store, and the ambience is totally 1984. And waiting in line at the cash register with only two cashiers working on a Sunday morning, so 1984. The cash register malfunctioned and everything. Ah, memories! The food selection is good. This was my first visit to this store and it has everything you'd want and then some. But I've become accustomed to Wal-Mart's lower prices. My bill was about $40 higher than usual and I went without a few of the items that I'm used to having. But that's what you get when you live in the 80's. To shop here or not to shop here. That is the question.

Medina Marc's managers ALLOWED an aggressive customer to harrass 2 customers, getting IN their faces because they can't wear a mask due to multiple medical conditions. IN their faces, he wasn't even social distancing but complained about them not wearing a mask. Other customers were upset over their treatment by this aggressive customer because they were being respectful of others and keeping their distance. He was walking up getting into other customer's face telling them to look at the a**holes without a mask and managers did NOTHING! Marc's managers threatened the unmasked customers with removal by police but allowed the aggressive customer to shop. Disgusting!

Cheap prices, poor customer service need assistance with an item put together you came to wrong place I had purchased a shopping cart on wheels to transport things groceries etc. The staff was rude like they don't care about the customers or the requests. The shopping cart on wheels did not come with any instructions to put together it was more like here the item pay for it and leave. I never even got a chance to use it after had no choice to return it after my experience with Marc's they have lost a customer Refusing to help customers that asking for help should not be tolerated and makes me mad.

Courteous pleasant staff even when its busy makes getting fiu shots & Rx filled work better than huge chain stores. Will return.

This Marc's is a hole in the ground waste of space. They are so rude and inconsistent in there I was shopping in there on Saturday went to the checkout define that the salami that I had purchased at the deli had this awful rotten smell to it. The reason I didn't notice it prior was because my sister was shopping with me and she's the one that put it in the cart. We had went down a few while smelling this awful smell and couldn't figure out what it was coming from and here it was the salami. so the customer service person that was running the front told me to take it up to the courtesy desk to get my money back I was given such a hard time I haven't even left the store and he wanted my drivers license and a phone number with my receipt I said I didn't even leave the store yet he got nasty with me told me he refused to serve me and that if I didn't do this and that that he wasn't going to comply and got completely utterly nasty over and over again and he says well I guess you'll have to speak to a manager. When the manager come up she wasn't much help either I told her how rude he was and how he spoke to me and that he shouldn't be at customer service and that the meat there was something wrong with it she smelled it and said there's nothing wrong with it it smells like salami to me I said well then you better go get your nose checked I said all I want is my money back on it I said why does it have To be a big deal made about it I didn't take it home and even if I had I still have my receipt good heavens if they're worried about people stealing from the store or you certainly can't from the deli less you get something from there and didn't have a receipt for it I'm sure that a thief wouldn't be wanting to bring something back with the receipt I'm tired of shopping at this Marc's I normally deal with the one in Strongsville I guess that's who I deal with from now on.

if the deli meat weren't so cheap I would never come here in a million years, THE SERVICE IS AWFUL. I spend more time waiting there than I do shopping. you really need to do something about this, it's ridiculous.
