EDIT: I called again last week and the person said they opened a case and will have a manager call me back. I also went to the wecare website and left a note with all my detail.... Neither way has produced a call back yet. My rating stays.
Going on 8 months waiting for my machine. Every time I call they say they have it but someone else is working on it and they aren't in right now. Have also asked me (3x now) for my doctor to fax the prescription to a different number. Nothing but the run around so far

I’m a fan of this Lincare office. They scheduled me right away, promptly addressed follow-ups, and seemed to really want me to succeed with my sleep apnea machine. Raquel was very nice, listened carefully, and gave good advice. Would recommend.

Why can't I speak to a person concerning my cpap??? I've been on hold with several times for an hour now! Customer service is nonexistent. Answer your phone...please.

I just had my first experience with Medina Lincare. All three ladies, Carrie, Deb, and Raquel were extremely professional and and did an excellent job helping me. I highly recommend Medina Lincare .

Brand new patient and I have to admit I was highly impressed. Everyone from my first hello was extremely pleasant and professional. As a new cpap user they made me feel completely comfortable and the RT was very helpful. Also I can tell the office was recently updated and very clean. Thank you for all you do!!

Lincare has got to be the most incompetent company out there. I've tried doing business with them many years and they ALWAYS mess up and you are left the hassle with them to correct. There are other companies. This company doesn't deserve business. I'm sorry to say these things but there horrible. New add on : So I did try calling lincare customer service again along with my insurance company on the phone, lincare can't get anything straight and every rep you get gives a different answer as to procedure to follow, again Horrible horrible horrible experience with lincare. I'm no longer a customer to lincare I'm switching to apria. And call why to be further frustrated by lincares lack of customer service no thank you lincare has done enough mistakes, I'm out.
