Victoria is a big SCAMMER. She has been taking my payments even when we told her to cancel my insurance. We have been emailing her for the last 2 weeks and payments has been taking out.
Be careful because all they want is MONEY!

Tried to get quotes for my husband and I back in Oct 2021 but after the initial consult and medical records release signed, never heard from them despite multiple attempts.

I am giving 3 stars because the company did not do right by me as a long time customer of over 15 years. Their customer service used to be phenomenal, the past few years not so much. After my son got his license, They added him to our policy without my authorization and without discussing the option of another company, Erie now wants me to pay over $1200 for a couple month policy. (This is due to Renz adding without taking to me or my husband first). I was misinformed on what would have to be done when my son got his temporary and then Renz added him and is blaming Erie for telling them to do it. I've asked Renz to make this good by me since I have been a long time customer and it was ultimately their error for not contacting me. I would be willing to pay half but Renz says there is nothing they can do. I normally don't write reviews like this but other people need to know what they might be getting themselves into. The company used to be great and I've referred many people. This is truly sad and I cannot believe I am even writing this review.

I couldn't describe in words how awesome Ms. Renz was helping me with my insurance needs as I transitioned from out of state after I retired from the military. Ms Renz knows her craft very well. I bought a new house and had several other insurance needs that she bundled for me in a way that saved me tons. Thank You Team Renz Insurance.
