Krupp team (Jeremy,Vern,Kyle,Kevin,Trevor) did a great job moving us from our home to a temporary location. They took great care of our furniture and were very respectful and courteous. They were prepared with two trucks, since some of our belongings need to be stored. Looking forward to them moving us back in our house later in year.

Do not use this company. Unless you’re independently wealthy beyond all means and you don’t mind losing half your stuff and dealing with attitude. They overcharged me. This is even the company I contacted. I got this company.. I was told they would have two trucks and four movers. I got one truck for movers. They charge me for things that they didn’t even have available. And then they refused to move every single box. I was told to have them sealed which I did, and they still refuse to move them. They claimed that the people should’ve told me, but if I had known that they are furniture moving company only I would not Have dealt with them. I also lost my items in the move and I have contacted them many many many times to recuperate those items that equal cost about $150 and all of my requests get ignored no matter what I do There is no information on their website is accurate. There’s no way that they get a 96% referral rate and they talk about how they have reviews from 1500 people but then they have 15,000 customers. That’s a one percent satisfaction rate These guys are crooks. Do not go with them run the other way.

Krupp Moving and Storage did it again for us! We moved over 2 years ago and they kept some of our belongings in top shape while we renovated a home. Brought it all back and moved us from our temporary housing to our new home. John C, Omar, Kyle, Alex, and Collin did a great job and kept moving though the long day. Appreciate you guys!

These are the people you want to trust to move your personal belongs quickly and with the utmost care! The crew I had was phenomenal and there wouldn't be enough space to tell you all about them. I moved 8/28 and was not looking forward to it. Jeremy, Jay, John & Joe (The J crew!) made it painless as possible. They took care of all of my items and asked for direction when necessary, but without making it overwhelming. They were incredibly respectful and made me feel like it was a couple of buddies helping me move while maintaining professionalism. Thank you all so very much! I will be shouting from the rooftops my recommendation when anyone talks about moving!!

Omar, Jon C Rodney, and Corbin were outstanding. I had to move my 85 year old mom to a retirement community. There were so careful, helpful and respectful to my mother. I highly reccommend this crew!

Krupp Moving and Storage did an outstanding job moving my elderly mother. Blaine C, Ronnie T and Austin H were extremely professional throughout the entire move. They were very careful to ensure the furniture and boxes were carefully loaded and unloaded. They were so incredibly helpful! I highly recommend this moving company and be sure to request Blain, Ronnie and Austin!
