I’ve been a loyal Kohl’s customer for many years, and I have found some great items at an awesome discount that have become staples in my closet. I found the Sephora associates on the afternoon of 06/01/24 very friendly and helpful, and I was very impressed by my cashier at checkout, associate Lexi. Lexi was very friendly, had a great willing-to-help attitude, and did a wonderful job bagging my items quickly and efficiently, making sure to remove all security clips by double checking each item, which is very important to me because in the past I’ve had to return to the store to have rogue tags removed.

Too much emphasis on profit. That's corporate as a whole these days. At most stores, a shopper is fortunate if he can locate a CS person walking the aisles! Too many 'flippers' in all aspects wherein the mantra is, 'buy companies low, sell quickly at high profit and never mind those who were proud to be employees!

Store was clean and organized including the fitting rooms. Good sales, great coupon and lots of kohl's cash! Busy but checkout moved well and cashier was friendly and helpful!
