We found a car that fit our needs after looking at several other brands and dealerships. Ken Ganley Nissan in Medina was well designed with plenty of parking right in the front row. We were greeted by Frank Miller once we arrived. He was friendly, knowledgeable and answered our questions. My wife has a little trouble walking so he provided a golf cart for us to ride going out to the cars we were interested in. The car we chose fit our needs and we purchased in the same day. Frank connected our phones and showed us how to use Apple Play and other features of the car. The car we purchased was our seventh Nissan and looking forward to more years of driving enjoyment!

Worst dealership ever. Horrible customer service. Do not return phone calls. I have been trying to get my GAP insurance refund for 3 months. 1000 dollars that owe me and will not return my calls.

Calvin was up front about everything and brought up the rogue for us to test drive and look at. We had wanted a car that was good on gas mileage and was big enough and comfortable for a long drive. The rogue was perfect for us.

I have had a terrible experience at Ken Ganley Nissan. My situation may have been unique but I am still waiting for a title for a car purchased in May. The title office never picks up the phone and I have not heard the same story twice from anyone. Will not be returning.

Service writer comes up to me in waiting room says I owe them $175 for repair ,I had to tell him the vehicle is under warranty he should’ve known that ,2022 Nissan frontier with 13,000 miles. I have to question that do you bill the customer and then file warranty??♂️?

Great experience with my recent vehicle purchase at Ken Ganley Nissan of Medina Everyone at the dealership was very friendly , helpful , and not pushy .
I felt comfortable with my sales representative Frank the Tank. Frank took very good care of all of my questions and concerns and allowed me to take my time evaluating my options.

I went in to get a simple appraisal on my car and was given pretty bad news. However, Ryan and the rest of the staff here were so helpful in explaining the situation and gave me options on what to do going forward. The advice I got from them as well was greatly appreciated! After a very long process and mainly me taking forever to make a decision. I left the lot happier than when I arrived!

Was told the car would “look brand new” when purchasing it. You could tell it was only taken to a car wash though. They assured me they would detail it if I brought it back. Brought the car back two days later, only for them to do the same cleaning. Fast food crumbs in the center console even!
Disappointing.
