The GM is incredibly rude, tried to rip me off to pay $70,000 for a 44,000. I'm positive it was because I was a woman. I've bought 5 cars from Ganley dealers, 4 Mercedes and 1 Jeep and have never been treated like this. My opinion is they need a new GM at this Ganley.

I leased 3 vehicles from Ken Ganley Kia Medina. The third vehicle I turned in and did not lease or buy this time because they could not work out a good deal for me. They did not honor the 15,000 miles per year and I was billed for all miles over 12,000 per year. They also are charging me wear and tear and replacement tires. None of these items were an issue when I turned in my last two cars. There was not any extra wear and tear on this car than with my previous cars. All of my leases were for three years and 15,000 miles per year. I believe they are charging me this time because I did not lease or buy from them again.

Bought a used Kia from KG. 2016 with 60k miles. Car is burning oil so bad it ruined the engine in less than a year. Turns out this is happening with MANY Kia models and years. Kia is replacing the engines for free in certain models. Mine? Nope! Even though it's the same year and make, mines not covered even though it's the exact same issue. Ken Gankey service department told me to go pound salt. Kia is a crap car, and Ken Gankey doesn't stand by their cars. 15,000 gone! Be aware of these con men! Don't buy here!

My name is Barry McKeighan from Rutland, Vt. I would like to take this time to share my experience dealing with Ken Garley Kia in Medina Ohio. We were on our way from Rutland , Vt. to Memphis, TN. With our grandson when my rod brgs went on my 2014 Kia Sorento. I was so lucky to see there Kia dealership sign just off the interstate, so L was able to pull off and make it to the dealership. They were able to pull it right in to evaluate it and said the motor had to be replaced.. I want to especially thank Brett on the service dept.and the mechanic for the speedy turnaround time for the repair. We were able to complete our trip to Graceland with a rental and pick up our car on the way back through. I would recommend them for sure on the service department. Again, thanks Brett for all your help.

We had a horrible experience at Ken Ganley Kia. The sales person there, Joe DiMaggio, was all smiles getting us to buy a car and sent us home with it without full paperwork being signed--not our fault. Then, when it became apparent they had the paperwork wrong, they threatened us, stated they would call the police and literally called us liars. It felt like coercion of the worst kind. My daughter, a single Mom, was traumatized. The sale manager stepped in to try to solve the problem but he acted like he was doing us a favor. He kept saying his people should have never been allowed us to leave with the car (we didn't ask to). They wanted us to bring the car back in and pay for mileage on it, but refused to give our trade-in back. We finally reached agreement with the GM Curtis by putting down 15k instead of 5k and paying an interest rate 3 percent higher. He acted like he was doing us a favor and never owned that his people were responsible for the situation. Later, we found out they pulled our credit THREE times. Instead of fixing it, Curtis basically stated we should be grateful for what he did and refused to do what needed to be done to withdraw the extra credit report requests, even though legally were not authorized to pull three times. I would NEVER consider buying from this dealership again. We would have given the car back, but they strong-armed and we didn't have the time or energy to take them on since they're the big guys with all the power. It was a terrible and traumatizing experience.

False promises and outright lies do not make for a good business relationship. I was promised things that never happened and I was lied to about things that I did not get. When I tried to follow-up, I was ignored. I will never do business with the Ganley dealerships. I guess when Bob retired, so did loyalty and respect for customers.

This is our 2nd purchase from KGK within 2 years. For a big dealership it has a "small town" feel to it. We had the privilege to work with Damon and what a dynamic young man. Love his passion and drive. We enjoy people that like what they do and clearly, Damon is one of those. I think what I liked the best about Damon was there was no "typical" high pressure techniques to make a quick purchase. His strong trait is his thorough knowledge of Kia's and a desire to place you in the best vehicle suited for your lifestyle. Charles in Finance and Gianna in Public relations were all fantastic as well. We had a great experience all-around.

Thank you! If this is Midwest friendliness then I am moving here! My experience is rudeness but here is very friendly staff from service and parts. When in a dire stretch they helped. I will be using them for all my Kia needs when in OH.

The parts department bent over backwards to help me get a key for my car. Cutter system was down there and other dealerships and security companies.

Stopped in to test drive my first Nissan that I saw on their website. turns out it was about to be auctioned off so salesman trying to push this vehicle on me! so obvious! sales rep becoming upset and irritated that I wanted to test drive a second Nissan since literally I have never looked to purchase this brand before so I wanted to explore a few of them. suddenly there were no other vehicles on the lot for me other than that 1 single car they were trying to sell me!! Second salesmen telling me it would be a waste of time anyway that The silver Nissan is not what I'm looking for. I decided I needed a break from the car dealership suggested coming back on Saturday inquired about my credit report being pulled they said not to worry that it hasnt been pulled because the system was down! Looking at my credit report this morning the alerts going off they ran my report two times since I left there on January 18!! obviously jamming up my credit report my credit score! working on the dispute right now on my credit report!

Horrible experiences with Ken Ganley. They are taking advantage of people and asking way over the MSRP price. They wanted $7,000.00 over MSRP for the cheapest car that they sell. It was myself and my daughter and honestly, I thick they thought, oh look, two women, then full on taking advantage of. Not this woman. This was my third time dealing with this place. 1st time was a horrible experience, pre pandemic; walked in looking for cheapest lease on anything with 4 wheel drive, my husband and I were there over an hour and still didn't have a price on anything. Then Nik the General Sales Manager couldn't understand why we were leaving... Left there and went and leased a truck somewhere else with in an hour. 2nd experience was fine, leased a Seltos for my daughter, nothing special about the experience but not a bad one at all. Although you get your first oil change free with a lease and when my daughter went there and got the oil change, they charged her for it, the only reason she went there for it was because it was supposed to be free. The 3rd time was the charm (not). Wasted time waiting for a car to come in, then went up there to purchase it and was price gouged. What really made me angry was they kept saying they were price gouging, but then dropped the price down almost 4,000.00. If they weren't gouging, how were they able to drop the price by almost 4K. At that point I wasn't buying anything from them. Time wasted, lesson learned. Called other Kia Dealerships, much better pricing, look around, you will get a much better deal somewhere else.

The salesmen asked for four thousand over the price that was on the car window. They said they had someone else looking at the car. We went to Cresmont Hyundai and bought a better car for the exact price of the car. Not one penny over.
