Polite staff. Researched and Bought a Jeep WK2. I’ve literally put less than 25k miles on it and the top end needs rebuilt - I would shop elsewhere.

Had a great experience with service!! Jarrod Braucher was so patient and helpful! They found a few things that needed replaced when I went in for an oil change and he came out and explained it all to in terms I understood! It is so nice to know I can trust this dealership and their service team! Will definitely tell everyone!

Nigel was very friendly, patient and understanding of my needs when I went in to purchase my car. He let me and my parents test drive multiple vehicles and was the coolest. He wasn’t one of those dealers who is typically impatient, he was personable and is what you should look for in a dealer. Joe was amazing as well, he fought pretty hard to give me the best deal possible. He is a terrific finance manager !!!! He has some pretty good jokes too!

The saleman I had was busy on a Saturday I understand but could no get me in a safer vehicle to get from point a to b and the whole ordeal started a medical issue for me and was not myself the rest of the day if going to buy a vehicle here have a good down payment and credit otherwise you are out of luck

This is one of the shadiest, most untransparent organizations I have ever dealt with. From unauthorized pulling of credit, to lying to me about financials, to the lack of help from the parent company. This is a company that should never be dealt with by anyone. I have given them every opportunity to correct any, and all, wrongs, and they didn't. Never buy from here.

I had a wonderful experience here, Nigel was so kind and helpful. He was able to answer any questions I had, and was very knowledgeable. I was very nervous after having a bad used car buying experience at a dealership in Parma. But everyone here was so helpful and put me at ease.
