It was quite upsetting to arrive at this store at 6:30PM on a Tuesday to find it closed at 6PM, with a printed out sign on the door saying sorry. I even called earlier to make sure my order was ready, and was never told anything of them closing early. This is the second time in few months this has happened to me at this location, I thought the first time was a fluke. I drove 40 minutes to get to this location, so to have to keep coming back is very frustrating. If you can't keep employees to work later hours, change the hours officially, or at least stay open for pick up orders. Make sure you call ahead of time and make sure you actually talk to someone before leaving your house.

Rushed out of the store by Heidi with just a few things left to grab. I get you're closing in 10 minutes but I almost forgot a few things because she was so hasty, even with the trainee. I understand you want to close and leave, but the store is open to customers until 6. I worked retail my entire life. You let the customers shop and don't do deposit slips and tell the workers to turn off the lights in 3 minutes while the customer is in the store. So unwelcoming. I will be back but I'm pregnant and that was so stressful. I just needed a few things and felt like I was on super market sweep. It's been 10 minutes and my heart is still racing because I felt so rushed and distracted by her. I wasn't going to be there past 6 lol. Calm down.

I was helped by a young woman at this store in the fabric department with two pieces of fabric that were supposed to be cut the same way. It was only one yard of each for a tie blanket. I got home, measured the first fabric and started cutting without any issue. When I got around to the second piece of fabric I realised that the fabric pieces are completely off and either too short or too long no matter how I lay it. The cut was almost at a "V" instead of straight on every side. I really hate leaving negative reviews but this is just unacceptable.

Stopped to shop in the evening of 11/6 and the store closed at 5, with no mention of closing at 5 the following day. Stopped again 11/7 and a new sign In the door saying they closed at 5 again today. Not good business practice -perhaps they should think about opening a little later in the morning and staying open later to assist those who need to shop after 5.

Wanted to shop on Saturday 10/14 and the store was being closed at 5:00.We had 5 minutes to get part of what we were there for, but wasn't able to get fabric.The woman who was waiting to lock the doors said they were short staffed yet in addition to her we saw at least two other employees and a cashier. So, I wasn't buying her story. I think someone had plans and they wanted to close early.
