Horrible bank!!! One of the 2 ATMS is always down bc its out of money! And the other one said all there was was $20s and $50s..... heard the one in brunswick is always down too bc its always empty! People from brunswick sldnt have to go to medina for the ATM!

Easily the worst bank I have ever tried to secure a loan from. The Medina North Court branch completely screwed up my daughter's car loan by ignoring the fact she wanted to buy down her monthly obligation with a large down payment. They had to redo the loan from scratch. I thought I'd give them another chance and requested a $15K home equity line for some projects. Apparently hoping for a bigger commission, the Huntington rep suggested that I instead apply for $60K to receive a slightly better interest rate. Despite being a 10-year Huntington customer with a good FICO score and $100K in home equity the application was denied. They were then unwilling to consider another application for the $15K that I originally requested. Huntington wasted weeks of my time and negatively impacted my credit score all for nothing. This is a good place for your checking account and day to day banking, but HORRIBLE for anything else.

Went there yesterday to make a deposit. Cash to my checking account. NO LONGER GET DEPOSIT SLIPS WITH CHECKS!!! Put cash and a note with the last four digits of checking account. Young man at window asked for ID. I am hard of hearing and could not understand him (I have very good hearing aids). Sounded like he had mouthful of mush. He finally sent a note out asking for ID. All could have been avoided if I had deposit slips. He did give me some blank ones, but again I will need to remember to provide ID. I banked with First Merit for many years always had deposit sIips. I have direct deposit but occasionally will have a check or cash to deposit. What happened to customer convenienceEdit 11/10/2022Gave a check to Grandson for mechanical work he did for me. I live less than a block from the bank so he stopped there to cash it. I have been a customer since it was Old Phoenix. They told him it would be $10 to cash the check since he doesn't have an account with Huntington. The check was good. Why when I have an account in good standing would someone have to pay to cash it?

ZERO STARS!!!!Huntington Bank is the worst! I have been the only one paying the mortgage on this property since January of 2020! When I was left abandoned on April 1st I started a battle of trying to keep my banking records sent to the house. It was changed and I would call and have it changed again. Several times I filled out paperwork to get a loan so that I could take over the house as quickly as possible when the courts decided it was time. In July judgement was made that if I were still wanting to take it over I would have to pay said amount to buy out the other party (x) which I did! Upon receiving the payment the other party was to sign a quit claim deed releasing (x) from any proceeds or responsibilities if something were not paid. The deed was not done until October causing major problems in refinancing which was court ordered!Finally I paid the extra for closing, escrow, and other fees and was granted a refinance on 3/17/22 almost a year later! Prior to this I had (x) removed from the deed. Huntington decided there was an overpayment of $200+ made. A check was sent in April to (x) and even though the house and deed is in my name the check was sent in both our names to (x) address . (X) was allowed to cash check and kept the money. I've been calling Huntington for over a month and a half to have the check sent to the property address and in my name. I will be pulling everything from Huntington as soon as possible because this is not how you treat your customers! You had copies of the legal documents and still you allowed MY mortgage business to be sent to a different address and to someone who signed their legals rights away.

I called this bank asking if there was any way I could send my spouse in with my card to withdraw money because I have Covid. I was told “absolutely not” in such a rude tone by Michelle. I understand being told now but I was told no in such a rude way. I have to pay my bills. She asked me why don’t I just sell him I’ve been trying to do that for the past week and it hasn’t been working. Their customer service is a joke

Absolutely terrible! Every time I HAVE to go into this bank I get some kind of pushback. Either they have to verify a check that came from their own bank, ask me how much cash is being deposited after telling them and them counting it, and not to mention the one manager is atrocious and unprofessional (back corner office). Went in to get documents notorized after my grandmother died and she didn't even read the documents for more than 5 seconds, proceeded to say she didn't understand what she's signing, and then decline to notorize anything. Really made the process of losing a loved one even worse thank you SO much for that. This place should be looked into or something because it's terrible and can't wait to find a different bank ASAP!

Terrible bank. If you have any other option choose that. No one knows what they are doing. No one agrees on anything. You can't deposit a check on the app because it doesn't work! This bank is useless and their employees are unhelpful.

Called ahead for an appointment, no answer but left a call back number. No one called me in 15 minutes it took to drive there. Huge lobby, 4 bankers, and one couple in a cube and I am 30+ feet away wearing a mask but they want me to wait in the vestibule where it is 30 degrees. I always enjoyed local banking but just another reason to do it all online.

No different than any other bank. They only care about getting your money not you as a customer. Make you jump through hoops and give you a difficult time for the simplest transactions. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't even give them one star.

Need to be more organized and knowledgeable in what they are doing.~ Took 6 months to get me a new card for a new account I had made~ Went up there multiple times asking them where my card was, only to be told it would arrive in 7-10 days... Only for more months to go by.~ They tried to blame the post office for it not arriving, even though my partner has his bank info arrive through the mail just fine.~ Finally thought things got fixed, only to find out they linked my card to the wrong account...I tried being patient with them under consideration of COVID, but this was just ridiculous. Taking literally HALF A YEAR to get my effing card, and doing it the right way. I do not trust them anymore.
