The lady that helped me in the medina office on route 18 in the plaza her name was Linda I believe .. she was absolutely about helping me with my taxes and getting me the best refund . I wouldn't say she went out of her way because it's natural so it seems that she does what she does because she enjoys helping other people .. so going out of her way don't exist to her.. thanks Linda again .
