Herold's in Medina, Chad at front desk were amazing. Gave me a loaner car, had to come change a flat on it and still Chad was as cool as a cucumber. Fair pricing. Will be back

Chad was so helpful from the time I called for my tire appointment until I paid for my tires and left. I had my eye on some Goodyears. Chad gave me a few other options and his opinion on his personal experience with them. He recommended back brakes and when I told him I didn’t have time today, he didn’t hound me for the sale. He was truly helpful not trying to sell me.

As usual, my vehicle was promptly taken in fir service. I also needed front break pads which they diagnosed on the spot. I was provided with a picture and estimate of the repair. Service was done quickly and accurately. Very pleased with the outcome of my visit.

The guys at Herold Family Auto are great, it was nice to find a garage to take my car to, to be taken care and not having to go to a car dealer ship every time. Herold's employees are polite and courteous and they care about your vecheciles and work well with dropping off your vechile and picking it up. I would recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Herold's for always taking care of us.

I have taken my Jeep here several times for routine work, nothing short of fantastic, honest service! My brakes messed up on the way home one evening and they let me drop it off on my way home. I had a quote for repairs before I got home and work was done early the next day. Fair priced, honest work.
