Gene did a great job coming out and helping us tow our truck out of the mud. He was extremely courteous! He got the job done quick and even came earlier than his estimated time frame. I love that it's a father and son business. No big corporate. Just a family trying to make a living while being mindful towards your own pocket! Great team effort between the two. I know who to call next time we end up getting into shenanigans again. Haha. Thanks again guys!

I have never had as good of a tow experience as I did tonight with Heidi's towing. Gene was so helpful, came quickly and on time, went above and beyond to listen to my car and give me his input. So professional, knowledgeavle and gave me recommendations about my warranty and getting reimbursed by my insurance! His dad was the one that initially answered my call and he was also very helpful in asking me what was going on with my car and reassured me his son would be there ASAP to help me. Was up front and transparent about pricing also! Hands down best experience I've ever had with a tow company! Thanks Gene!

I reach out to Heidi’s the gentleman that answered the phone was very professional and polite. Unfortunately my vehicle that needed tow was too big. But he was able to refer another company that was able to help. When you’re in need and stuck on the side of the road all the help is appreciated. Thank you Heidi’s team, you helped out. Will recommend just from the great customer service I had.

Gene and the others who were there were super helpful pulling my Chevy cobalt out of a ditch in Brunswick. they arrived quickly and professionally and skillfully removed the vehicle that was stuck on a beam in the middle of the ditch. will definitely use them again.

Needed a tow today, not sure who I spoke with, but unfortunately they did not have a truck large enough to help me out but were very helpful in recommending someone who could. To me that shows they are all for the customers. I greatly appreciate them and will definately call them back if needed just on the fact they were very helpful . Highly Recommend.

Rapid retrieval! Kind guys! They were able to set me up with a nearby repair shop that got my car fixed within an hour of my arrival. My car broke down at 10am. I was back on the road by noon!Service: Car towing

Great service. Had a tow in 30 minutes. The driver also recommended a local shop. I was however taken back by thr price 4 miles, $175 dollars. Unfortunately I would never use this company again.Service: Car towing
