We Stayed here 2x for 1 overnight stay each time. Room was very clean. Had all you needed for a the stay. Very Quiet atmosphere. The breakfast was great a variety of choice from hot & cold cereals hot food eggs sausage home fries. Donna the hostess was very sweet & attentive to refill the food trays . Excellent place

Very clean and a solid place to stay in the Cleveland area. Near lots of attractions and has a solid complimentary breakfast buffet. Shoutout to Key at the front desk for the stellar hospitality!

Front desk was great. easy check in , check out. Decent for the price.
Would have got 5 stars if they had daily housekeeping. I don't understand why housekeeping is not offered everday, we want to have a clean bathroom and beds made in a hotel.

I don’t usually write reviews for hotels but I cannot express how wonderful the front desk woman was. She was very attentive and so sweet. She helped me with every strange request I had (I forgot my hairbrush and another necessity)
Cleaning staff were singing while they were working and that made me smile—they did a wonderful and thorough job as the entire hotel had a pleasant smell.
If you are staying in the Cleveland area consider stopping here!

plenty of room to work; small desk; several USB ports and good lighting. Comfy bed/pillows. Clean.

Coming from someone who is extremely picky with cleanliness of hotels & customer service, this place was phenomenal.
The halls, rooms, breakfast area, pool were all spotless and smelled so clean.
The bed was comfortable. The showers were very clean. No signs of mold or mildew.
The continental breakfast had: hot oatmeal, little vegetable ham omelettes, sausage links, cereal, muffins, toast, waffles, yogurt, fruit, coffee (which was really good) & juice. Great variety. The lady working the breakfast was as sweet as can be.
The hotel had a private business area but overall it’s a very quiet place.
We only stayed one night & I would have been more than happy to stay longer.
5 star in my book (& that’s not easy to do with me)

I've stayed here a couple of times with my kids when visiting Cleveland, and I've been pleased with the experience staying here. The rooms are clean and well stocked with the essentials. The bed is very comfortable. I've not used the gym or pool, but it's nice they're provided. The service has always been great and they have a helpful staff. On one trip, we had an accidental mess with the waffle iron during breakfast, and the cook was very kind and understanding about it.
A couple of minor things to note:
The TV remote didn't work well. It took a while to eventually get the TV shut off. If you're not going to watch anything, this won't matter. The other is the faucet for the bathroom sink is positioned in the corner of the basin. This looks aesthetically pleasing, but it makes washing your hands difficult without getting the counter all wet.
Overall, it's a great alternative for staying when visiting the Cleveland area.

My grandparents were there for alittle while because of a house fire, they were treated bad barley came in to change the sheets and the last day, before they moved they asked for oatmeal and orange juice and was denied that, never will recommend this place and will never stay here with the way they treated my grandparents

I was awakened at midnight by a person trying to get into my room. Luckily we had the backup safety stop on the door that didn’t allow them in or someone could have walked right into our room and flipped the lights on. I called the front desk …. Im gonna call him Mr D, that is who gave me room 225 from the start, mr D then gave 225 to a Priceline customer who showed up to my room and startled myself and my 11 y/o daughter. All they can offer is an apology? When you stay somewhere you should be able to rest easy knowing your in good hands and going to get a quality sleep, instead you get traumatized.
Safety: They allow access to room by complete strangers.

Location was a little difficult to get to kind of hidden in the back but certainly acceptable. We checked later around 10pm no one at the front desk waited about 5 minutes before getting started on check in. Room had no coffee or cups in it . Overall just not what I am accustomed to at Hampton Inn. Overall average visit most like will stay elsewhere on return trip.

Our reservation was canceled with no warning 5 days before our arrival. We understand that maintenance issues come up that require attention, but abruptly canceling a reservation without alerting the customer is unacceptable. We were sent a a generated email the reservation was canceled, no explanation. I had to call to get an explanation . A completely terrible customer experience. We have stayed at this property previously and had planned to use it is our home base when visiting my elderly parents moving forward. Clearly the customer experience is not top of mind for this property. Beware! .
