This is the only place I go to for tires and suspension. Everyone I've interacted with has been honest and they are upfront and reasonable with their pricing. I've relied on them for work on several vehicles over 10 plus years.

Employees were nice, but even with a coupon, the service was more expensive then back in New York (and my husband insisted we wait until we go back to his hometown because he said it would be less expensive). Not sure why it needed a road test and inspection when we specified what we needed done. We left it from the night before and noted what time we needed it by. Also, it seemed that we got different information depending on who called us and everyone we spoke to didn't seem to know that someone else had already called us and gave us a different story. Lastly, I'm more than a little concerned when we got our last call that the brake service would take about 90 minutes, but when my husband reminded them of the original 10AM pick-up request, it was miraculously done within 45 minutes.
