The building was interesting compared to every other goodwill I've ever seen and been to, but just like other ones, the pricing is egregious for some very subpar quality items.

Probably the coolest looking Goodwill I've ever been in. And probably the best organized as well. Made a quick stop in while headed to Cleveland. Actually scored me an almost brand new pair of Under Armour sneakers and a style that's me for only $6. This might be a new stop every time while headed north.

very greedy, prices are inconsistent, and anything "valuable" is put online for an auction you have to drive to akron to receive. non-profit in concept only

Hearing "welcome to goodwill!!" Shouted every 5 seconds by the employee behind the counter with the grating voice is the most irritating retail experience I've ever had.

I don't know what happened to this place. Used to be my favorite location, I'd go out of my way to stop here. It was common to find neat stuff all the time. Seemingly overnight, all the good stuff disappeared. Just a bunch of overpriced junk now. Idk what happened but the change was dramatic. Now I can't find a reason to stop even if I'm driving by. This seems to have happened to many of the goodwill stores, all the good stuff is gone.

Worked there so has many of my friends and family. I know how they operate which is piss poor. Prices have gotten out of control I will never support them ever again. I should also add that they claim to be non profit but I believe that to be a lie. Oh also when I worked there managers/employees would pick and chose what they wanted and what went out on the floor.

I love the look of the exterior of the building. There was a good selection of clothing, books, housewares, etc. I felt the books were overpriced, compared to other thrift stores I've been to (including other Goodwill stores). I personally would only charge 50 cents for paperbacks and $1.00 for hardback books instead of $1.50 for each of the books. I also felt the DVDs were a bit overpriced at $2.50 each, as I've been able to buy them for $1 to $2 at other stores. There was a good-size pothole at the top of the hill that I had to avoid when entering the parking lot. After dark, it is very hard to see the road leading down from the store to the street level, especially for those of us who have never been to that location before. The top of the hill would be a good spot for a street light. I was pleased to find a restroom available for customers, and the employees were courteous.

LarderRoom...This Goodwill has a great location, and the building has the look of an old silo. The building isba littlenran down and dark but it is packed with merchandise. Front to back, side to side. I did find a few items, as did the family. They have a color tag of the week system that gives you 50% off everything, not just clothing. I did see a little argument between the manager and a mother trying to drop a huge donation. She explained the goodwill was understaffed, and the donations side closed at 6. The manager refused to allow the mother to leave the items? It seemed petty, but I'm sure there is some policy for this. Overall, good experience! Happy shopping! For that mother, not so much.

It's one of my favorite Goodwill stores to visit. We always find something worth bringing home when we visit. The staff is usually friendly & the store is more organized than others I've been in. The book section is usually a mess & it's hard to get through the clothes aisles sometimes, but it's still worth checking out.

Fairly decent thrift store. Kind of dirty and overall just messy. Pricing is a little high I really hope the money that people are paying for donated clothes is truly going towards the right cause. I got a steal on a real nice usually expensive desk. However The staffs customer service was wonderful and extremely helpful and nice. Shot out to the store manager for also being awesome. Great job.

Clean and liked how organized. Friendly and courteous staff. This sits on a hill by the main route into Medina from Rt. 71. Entrance goes uphill close to a traffic light. All prices are clearly seen. The shopping carts roll easy in use. Cash or charge cards are accepted. Handicap ♿️ parking and entrance. Clean restroom and all is on level ground. They have bags for your purchases.

This is a great Goodwill that I have been shopping at for many years. I always get excited because I find the best stuff here!!! They just recently updated the store set-up & it looks really nice Their employees are top notch & always willing to help you. I want to give a special shout out to Erin! She always greets you at the door, is always upbeat, friendly & has a wonderful personality! She's an asset to your store that's for sure! Thank you!
