Came here to get propane. Attendant there with long hair was rude and seemed like I was putting him out! Would never go there unless I absolutely had to.

June 9 2023. 8:15 pm. I pull up to get gas. Another lady is there also trying to get gas. Pumps are closed. Doors locked. Website says open til 11 pm. Who runs this business anyway? I’m surprised they are still operating.

Store is always closed with an orange sign saying be back shortly. In the event they are open, the customer service is awful!

Showed up at 950, when the door clearly says 10 to close, and saw the employee locking the door and closing early. Definitely disappointed as this employee has been rude to me before and this makes me further angry.

Company doesn’t care about there employees or there customers at all. I will never go into a GetGo gas station ever again or a Giant Eagle your fuel perks are not even worth it anymore! I’ll use Costco from now on!

Terrible customer service. The manager came outside yelling at me for blocking a pump while getting gas. I called corporate to inform them of the situation they apologized and said they'd have someone call me to rectify the issue. That person what the manager who yelled at me who was now cussing me out on the phone for falling corporate and calling me a liar. So I called back told them about the second incident and they said that the regional manager was going to call me. 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting on a phone call. This company clearly does not care about it's customers at all. Avoid at all costs marathon is 100 ft away go to them.
