The service was done very quickly including oil change and repairing the motion of the rear windows for my 2025 nautilus. The service team was very professional.The only issue I have is that I should not pay a surcharge for using a credit card, this should be the responsibility of the business doing business.

Terrible! Absolutely terrible. This was a Geico approved shop I selected from the other guys insurance. The communication was bad. Was given incorrect information as to the work being done on the car. I dropped the car off in June and just got it back first week of October. Was partially due to parts availability. They kept calling my wife with updates in place of calling me. They only called when I reached out to the adjuster. Every 2 weeks. When I got the car back they didn’t review the work. Handed me my keys and invoice. It took me 30 seconds to see a 1/4 inch gap between the floor and the trim. Now I’m waiting on resolution from the insurance and or the shop. Crickets…… By the way I’m taking this survey as my wife as they again sent the automated survey to the wrong person. Just care about the product you produce… a little.
