Terrible! Absolutely terrible. This was a Geico approved shop I selected from the other guys insurance. The communication was bad. Was given incorrect information as to the work being done on the car. I dropped the car off in June and just got it back first week of October. Was partially due to parts availability. They kept calling my wife with updates in place of calling me. They only called when I reached out to the adjuster. Every 2 weeks. When I got the car back they didn’t review the work. Handed me my keys and invoice. It took me 30 seconds to see a 1/4 inch gap between the floor and the trim. Now I’m waiting on resolution from the insurance and or the shop. Crickets…… By the way I’m taking this survey as my wife as they again sent the automated survey to the wrong person. Just care about the product you produce… a little.

I was looking for a low mileage used car and found the Taurus on their best site. The salesman I spoke to drove the car to my house so I could see it and test drive it! Thanks for the great car and customer service!

From the first conversation with Fred to the end with Frank and Tracy it was the most relaxed smooth process. I really appreciate the time and effort they all put in with working with me. I called the service department here thinking it was a closer dealer for me to have my Lincoln serviced. The gal on the phone reassured me they would call me back. Well they didn’t. So I went to Klaben Lincoln in Kent. I moved here a year ago from Florida and wasn’t sure which dealer to use. It’s obvious to me Klaben wins. I don’t know Ken Ganley Lincoln enough to make a fair comparison all I have is first impressions and Ganley failed.

So Ken Ganley you replied to my review. You deny the fact that I called your service people. I’m a bit surprised you couldn’t be more professional maybe offer to have your service manager call and explain what happened. Knowing this I will be sure not to do business with you now that I see how unserious you take Lincoln customers. I try to be positive and honest with my reviews I have done hundreds of them. So best of luck if that’s the way you want to run your business.
