Just make sure you go about 30 minutes after their posted open time otherwise you'll be sitting in your car waiting for their doors to open.

I was told by the manager that I was Berating her and her staff by insisting she help me rather then just point me in the direction of their awful customer support. So now here is what will happen. They will reply to this with their "social media" number after they mention how terribly sorry they are for my experience. I call the number, tell them what the issue is, just to be told that 5th 3rd will be investigating themself, and I won't ever hear anything about it. Sooo the number is really only there to make it seem like they take the complaints seriously. Thats really the truth of it

This review is specifically focused on a new teller who was working at this location while waiting for a permanent assignment. Charu assisted my daughter with a difficult situation with her debit card. She was prompt, polite and professional and her assistance was a tremendous help. If only all my dealings with banks were this pleasant. Thank you, Charu!

I am so happy with every aspect of my banking experience with this branch in particular. Each employee goes above and beyond in service. They are helpful and pleasant! I cannot say enough about them. I have my mortgage, car loan and a checking and savings through them. Thank you Fifth Third Medina for helping me manage my money better and being so friendly in the process!!

I was having issues with my check being held from the "back office". I usually go to the Brunswick location and they couldn't help me out. I decided to go to Medina because I have also had such a good experience with them. I talked to the teller which was extremely friendly and she had me sit down with the banker (Nikki). She was so helpful and helped me with my troubles. She was friendly and understanding. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me. Thank you again Nikki. I'll definitely be driving out of my way to come back to this location.

I usually only use the drive thru here but on the few occasions when I've gone inside the service is prompt and friendly. Also someone from the branch calls me every 3-6 months just to ask if I have any questions or concerns. A nice engaging touch without being overbearing.

Teller told me my transaction would require a personal banker and that she would be available in “a few minutesâ€. I waited for 50 minutes for this personal banker. While waiting the same teller begin assisting a customer who had a similar transaction as mine.....the transaction-that she said she couldn't handle and yet now she was. The personal banker took me to her office, took care of my situation.I told her I don't appreciate waiting 50 minutes when I'm told it will be only a few. I told her I appreciate even less being lied to. The teller just didn't want to handle my situation. Personal banker actually told me the teller could've taken care of me. Terrible

Cassandra is awesome! She answers all of my questions and makes sure I am aware of all the new programs going on and which programs I should enroll in! By far the best Personal Banker out there!! Her customer service is second to none and so is her knowledge of finance and banking! I highly recommend people to Fifth Third in Medina and tell them to see Cassandra!

I don't know if it's because people in Ohio are just nicer than the people I was used to dealing with in New York, but everyone at this location is so friendly. Banking here has been a treat so far, and I don't think that's something I would have ever said about a bank before!
