Store manger is extremely rude. I asked for a receipt for my pkg she tells me to put it on scale. She can lift the box. Also super nosey wanting to know content of my pkg. She is not friendly & should not be a manager.

The assistant Manger of this place is RUDE as all get out!! Had my item in a box to ship as i got a qoute with the box dimensions online. She decided to put it in a fedex bag and never told me she was gunna charge me for it or even ask if i wanted it..also never told me that upping my insurance on the item was going to cost extra... UPS will be im go tonplace .I'll never ship with this place again..

Outstanding customer service. Rob helped me box up a super large item (8 foot long sideskirts for a car) and had a friendly, helpful attitude. I was concerned that they would not have a box large enough but Rob went above and beyond with his customer service. Always a pleasure doing business with this location.

Fed Ex took advantage of us. My wife and I are restarting our life and are trying to keep life simple. We made a bad couch purchase and decided to ship it back. We knew that could be expensive but decided we wanted to check it out. We ended up at the Fed Ex in Medina OH and the staff had a perfect size box for it. They quoted us for around 300$ to ship it back and we paid 65$ for the box. Off it went and we were notified when it reached the company- they even refunded us the money. A couple weeks later I got a charge for over 1600$ from Fed Ex!!!!! We believe we’ve been robbed by a large cooperation with nowhere to turn except to leave a review. Don’t trust any quotes they give you and there’s no one to help you. I’ve called and they said I had to file a claim online. Nobody ever responded and we’ve had no explanation of why this happened. Don’t ever trust them with large shipments because they will take advantage of you. We want to come to a resolution.

Terrible customer service! Tried to force me to wear a mask well after the state of Ohio dropped the mask mandate someone should tell FedEx they don’t make laws!

Walked in and was the only person in the store and was berated about not wearing a mask. Corporations need to stop subjecting their employees and customers to this obscene psychological warfare.
