Absolutely horrible. Threatened to send back packages while on our vacation! They leave a message and when you call them back you automatically get transferred to FedEx prompt that results in no one with a pulse to talk to ever!!!

Not surprising all the poor reviews on that one rude worker. Short red head, extremely rude. If you get poor service there, I encourage you to leave feedback; sometimes it works!

The employee was very rude before I even said anything. She seemed annoyed that I brought something to ship at a shipping store. Sighed when I walked in, didn’t greet me and had an attitude when telling me my item wasn’t shippable. Didn’t care to answer my questions. She walked away before I was done talking despite me saying thank you anyways.

I just picked up a very heavy package for my son. The worker was friendly but absolutely no help getting the package to the car. I wouldn’t expect help carrying it, but she could have offered a cart or dolly. Luckily, another customer helped me. Will not be using FedEx again.

Despite arriving minutes before closing, Matthew was extremely kind and professional. My initial emails were delayed and I had a few important documents to print. He was patient, understanding, and extremely helpful. Matthew, thank you so much for the exceptional customer service this evening!

Store manger is extremely rude. I asked for a receipt for my pkg she tells me to put it on scale. She can lift the box. Also super nosey wanting to know content of my pkg. She is not friendly & should not be a manager.

The assistant Manger of this place is RUDE as all get out!! Had my item in a box to ship as i got a qoute with the box dimensions online. She decided to put it in a fedex bag and never told me she was gunna charge me for it or even ask if i wanted it..also never told me that upping my insurance on the item was going to cost extra... UPS will be im go tonplace .I'll never ship with this place again..

Outstanding customer service. Rob helped me box up a super large item (8 foot long sideskirts for a car) and had a friendly, helpful attitude. I was concerned that they would not have a box large enough but Rob went above and beyond with his customer service. Always a pleasure doing business with this location.

Fed Ex took advantage of us. My wife and I are restarting our life and are trying to keep life simple. We made a bad couch purchase and decided to ship it back. We knew that could be expensive but decided we wanted to check it out. We ended up at the Fed Ex in Medina OH and the staff had a perfect size box for it. They quoted us for around 300$ to ship it back and we paid 65$ for the box. Off it went and we were notified when it reached the company- they even refunded us the money. A couple weeks later I got a charge for over 1600$ from Fed Ex!!!!! We believe we’ve been robbed by a large cooperation with nowhere to turn except to leave a review. Don’t trust any quotes they give you and there’s no one to help you. I’ve called and they said I had to file a claim online. Nobody ever responded and we’ve had no explanation of why this happened. Don’t ever trust them with large shipments because they will take advantage of you. We want to come to a resolution.
