I recently changed insurance companies and joined the Farmer's family after being with my previous insurance company for 30 years. The biggest reason for making the change was because of Steve Marshall. He and I have known each other for about 10 years and has become a friend as well as a great source of information and very trust worthy regarding insurance needs and coverage. Thanks Steve for making the transition very easy and I appreciate all your support, your friendship, and time you have committed in my change over.

**I ADVISE ALL TO AVOID WORKING WITH THIS GROUP**
Unfortunately my wife was involved in a car accident while stationary and was in no way at fault. The other driver admit fault in the field and this was noted in the police report. I reached out to Steve Marshal (as our farmers agent) and although he was initially helpful it swiftly went downhill from there.
We were assigned a claims adjuster who was clearly not experienced enough to support us, and ultimately advised we start a claim with Farmers. It seems incorrect that my wife would file a claim and pay our deductible as we were not at fault.
We were then unable to get back in touch with our adjuster for several days, after reaching out to Steve and explaining the situation he confused matters further and stated we needed to file a claim directly with the other drivers insurance carrier. I asked why our claims adjuster or someone from his group wouldn't do this and he stated "it's just not how this works" - les then helpful.
It seemed odd that we would have representation thru Steve Marshal but be told that we would have to do the legwork of working thru the complexities of another insurance carrier.
At the same time that we are working thru this, were we told our drivers license were no longer valid, and that farmers would be pulling our coverage..... more chasing down our agent to find out that they have a license from a different state on file. we provided the update and when i asked for a paper trail to document the mistake i was told "there was no mistake"
We are continuing to try and work with Steve and group but ultimately they are providing us no value as an insurance agency.
