With self checkouts closed maybe make sure atleast 1 of you is actually in the store, instead of both of you smoking in front... there isnt any reason I could stand wait to be checked out and watch multiple customers come in while you both are just literally sitting smoking, neither of you were you listening for the phone or anything, that continued to ring the entire time I waited til I had to step out and ask if I could check out...

This location is never staffed. The staff are never at the register, you always have to wait to check out and staff,are unfriendly

Staff is usually great. Today I went and there's a new younger girl with short, blond-ish hair. After waiting 10 minutes in line I got to her, she never greeted me or anything. I tried interacting, not one word. I thought she was deaf or something, but then She looks at the other cashier and tells her she needs more bags. OK, so she CAN speak. Finish my LARGE transaction that obviously had her angry...and as I walk away she's already on her phone, not 10 seconds after checking me out. So I said to her "it's really rude to ignore a customer". The other cashier with red hair said "SHE DOES NOT LIKE TO TALK" HA,are u kidding, neither do I..I'm disabled w/ agoraphobia, but i am always Polite..So I responded "it's rude when the customer (me) has to ask for the total, has waited forever in line and is disabled and dizzy.. had to ask if she's finished, and thanking her but she says nothing at all during a 3 minute transaction"..the girl continues on her phone, no apologies from anyone..She obviously had to talk in the interview, so saying she doesn't like to talk, well, thats a lie, she applied and got the job...she should get a computer and work from home. I have NEVER complained about them, and trust me this store has every reason, but if this new girl is going to be excused for her behavior because she "doesn't like to talk" ..naturally, GENZ so I'm sure the mental toll on her job is exhausting and that means it's ok to be on your phone,with a line that's long, and not talk to anyone. Completely disgusting behavior and excuses.

The presentation and displays of merchandise has definitely improved . However , EVERYTIME I go there I'm over charged !!!!! Every single time . I'm done the location is convenient however I would rather drive across town and not be overcharged/ ripped off.

Like all DG stores, this one used to be a bit sloppy. I've noticed it has been so much nicer and brighter, and they've been doing a great job in getting stock put away. Nice, eye-catching displays here and there and expanded decor and craft areas too. DG stores have been in the news along with Family Dollar stores for charging more for items than the shelf price, so keep an eye on that.

this is one of the best dollar trees ive been to. the staff is amazing and helpful the store is in better shape with more of a selection then any one around it. i applaud you lori and vinnie and michelle and dan. you all deserve a raise ..
