I shop here all the time, but be aware. I bought a pork loin here tonight and it was 5 days over the use or freeze by date. I can't wait until Acme opens. Drug Mart is nice for a quick stop, but not dinner buys. They do not pay enough attention to their perishables.

Lady at the Deli is extremely rude. Will never deal with her again. If it’s a problem for you to do YOUR job- get a different one!

So you have an obvious problem in the pharmacy. I'm waiting in the drive thru for over 15 minutes with one car ahead of me and they would not have them move. I get Rite Aid closed, but your making excuses. There is always an excuse withe the pharmacy tech team. Not sure what's going on, but it's time to find a new pharmacy. Hey Drugmart don't give me any excuses in this post either. I'm done with this pharmacy department. You maybe an employee owned company, but you definitely don't treat people that way.

This for the pharmacy only. The worst ever anywhere! They are so incredibly rude including one of the female pharmacists. I tried to tell her my experience and she stood there with such an arrogant “I really don’t care” smirk on her face that I’ve transferred all of my prescriptions elsewhere. I haven’t shopped here since.
I tried to tell them but because of the pharmacy’s lack of empathy and the outright zero customer service or care, they’re losing business.
We used to buy so much at this store considering the small size and location but due to my consistency terrible treatment it’s worth driving farther. They better do something because I’m sure I’m not the only one. They need an entire new pharmacy staff that has been trained in quality customer service!!

This is for the pharmacy only. It took 40 minutes to go through the drive thru today. They have two lanes, but only service one at a time, so might as well only have one lane. They consistently mess up my prescriptions. Today her excuse was I can see how backed up they are. The woman in the second lane also had a problem with her prescription. Other issues I've had is them not finding my prescriptions despite my doctor sending them causing me to have to have my doctor call them to verify they did receive it. This pharmacy is consistently bad, the worst compared to all my previous pharmacies. Not to mention the rudness by the employees when you ask about them questions about your prescriptions.

Telephone refilling does not work at this location. Message says ready in about 2 hours, but still not ready after 3 days. Their computer doesn't show a refill request.

Normally I love going to this store, but today it was a mess. Not really sure what they're doing with the remodeling and the relocation of goods. You have beer in the cooler. Then you have adult diapers and face cream then you have food then wine in the next aisle. Then the beer outside of the cooler is and a completely different aisle down by shampoo. Food in beverage should be kept with food in beverage. It's all very confusing. I know they're still in the process of remodeling and I hope they change it, and this isn't the permanent spot. Like who wants buy food while they're looking at adult diapers.The aisles are also super thin and hard to get down with the cart. I'll see what it looks like next time. Hope they make some changes.

Let me start with, I've worked in a deli/retail & I understand customer service can be stressful. However, I was the only/first customer at the deli & the employee ignored me. She even went back into the freezer for a few minutes. I understand she has her prep & things to do. When I worked in a deli, I was trained to stop what you are doing & take care of the customer first. Btw- I was very patient & kind to her. Then, while waiting in line, at register 1, an elderly man was purchasing 1 item. He was very friendly to the cashier, she was friendly back.. but when he walked away, she rolled her eyes & shook her head at him. Why?? I didn't see why an attitude was warranted? Where is the pride in customer service? Very disappointing. ?

The cart they provide is very fast and efficient. 5 stars for the cart and the amazing service. His name was Will F and I said like Will Ferrell and he laughed. He deserves a raise.

I was so blown away by the help I received by this lady name Regina in the Orthopedic section( It was her section). I was strolling down her aisle that she just so happened to be working at. I was looking to pick up a new pair of support socks, and Miss Regina is just smiling away at me and asks can I help you find something??? Just so friendly and genuinely ?I’m 53 years old and I’m Professional driver and I have been wearing these socks for years!! But?? Did I get educated on them by her and she even measured me with her measuring tape right there in the aisle( of my calf). Took me to her office to try a fitting of a particular stocking she thought would be great for me. Miss Regina taught me what to look for in support socks, stockings for the legs and feet and how they should feel if it’s the correct one on you?? She was so down to earth and yet sooo professional about hers! I just wanted to acknowledge her and encourage anyone needing something from Orthopedics section?? Ask for Miss Regina and tell her that Google Review sent you to her??? I have a good feeling she will go out her way to help you with simple or dire needs.I hope management reads these reviews!! If so???! Miss Regina is a rock star, and a rare gem. She was the highlight of my day yday shopping in your store. I had to write about this experience with her! Please recognize her?? ??

Extremely clean and well staffed. I come specifically for the mama Joe's pies and pick up other items while shopping. Please promise you ll carry those pies forever. Medina misses their former location here very much

Pharmacy staff was not willing to call the doctor when my son’s medication was on back order. Terrible customer service and would not recommend there pharmacy.
