I WILL GIVE THIS PHARMACY AT DISCOUNT DRUG MART 5 STARS ALL DAY LONG!!! I HAVE WAITED IN LINE, I HAVE BEEN THERE TO PICK-UP SOME RX MEDICATIONS THAT WAS NOT CALLED-IN AND I HAVE RECEIVED SOME RX MEDICATIONS THAT ONLY 100/160 WAS AVAILABLE!!! SO WHAT!!! THEY HAVE ALSO CAUGHT (MISTAKES) THAT WERE SENT OVER TO THEM ON MY RX MEDICATIONS THAT WOULD HAVE SERIOUSLY (HARMED) ME AND CAUSED A SERIOUS MEDICAL EMERGENCY!!! THE PHARMACIST HAS CALLED THE DRS OFFICES WHEN THEY DIDN’T FAX OVER THE CURRENT REFILL RX MEDICATIONS AND STAYED LATE TO MAKE SURE I HAD ALL OF MY RX MEDICATIONS BEFORE I WENT OUT OF TOWN… I HAVE SAT IN THE CHAIRS WAITING FOR OVER A HOUR FOR MY DRS OFFICE TO SEND OVER THE RIGHT INFORMATION AFTER THE SAME DRS OFFICE SAID THEY TOOK CARE OF IT THE DAY BEFORE??? IM SURE SOME OF YOU HAVE HAD THE RX MEDICATIONS PROBLEMS NEEDING PRIOR APPROVAL BEFORE THE INSURANCE CO. WILL OK THE BRAND NAME OR THE MEDICATION CHANGE??? OBVIOUSLY SOME DRS OFFICES DON’T REMEMBER THIS REQUIREMENT!!! I READ ALLOT OF COMMENTS AND COMPLAINTS ABOUT NOT GETTING THE RIGHT RX MEDICATIONS AND WHAT NOT??? THOSE COMMENTS ARE SIMPLY UNTRUE!!! JUST BECAUSE YOUR INSURANCE CO. DENIED YOUR RX MEDICATIONS ISN’T THE PHARMACIST FAULT??? SOMETIMES SOME PEOPLE CHOOSE NOT TO LISTEN TO THE PHARMACY STAFF EXPLAIN THE SITUATION AND THAT IS USUALLY 90% OF THE PROBLEM!!! THE OVERALL BOTTOMLINE IS THIS… WHEN I LEAVE THE DISCOUNT DRUG MART PHARMACY, I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT, MY RX MEDICATIONS ARE CORRECT AND SAFE FOR ME TO TAKE!!! I DON’T CARE IF I WAITED 20-30 MINUTES BECAUSE THEY WERE SUPER BUSY AND 7-8 OTHERS WERE IN FRONT OF ME… THATS NOT A PROBLEM… I HAD REAL PROBLEMS AT CVS PHARMACY AND DISCOUNT DRUG MART IS 1000% BETTER AND SAFER!!! I am so glad we switched our pharmacy needs to Drug Mart in Medina! The pharmacists and pharmacy staff are kind, knowledgeable, and always so very helpful! The cashier's always ask how you're doing and also very helpful. Can't say enough positive things about our local Drug Mart!

Brett and Trent in pharmacy are amazing that’s why I’ve been going here for twenty plus years and I won’t stop! They are so kind and fill my scripts on time. They ask about my dad who is sick with cancer. Also today I met Annie upfront she checked me out. She has amazing customer service skills. I really enjoyed laughing with her as she shared a story about her husband’s pjs and it reminded me of myself and my own relationship. Kudos drugmart for having a team of superstars!

I just logged onto google maps to check what time this DrugMart opens and noticed a few people posting negative reviews.
1) For one, I cannot even think of the last time I needed something in a hurry and they didn’t have it in stock. The jingle “Saves you the runaround” is pretty darn accurate. Kudo’s to purchasing dept.
2) DrugMart’s availability of open days/hours beats any other store I can think of.
3) As for the complaints about the pharmacy, I’ve had no issues and even gave a gift card to one of the assistant pharmacy staff for taking the time to check all my meds between two different insurance companies to see which would be less expensive.
4) Trust me, I’ll be the first to talk to management if there is an issue anywhere I go, but I also try to make a habit of taking the time to let them know if the experience was good - which is what I feel more people should do as well.
Keep up the good work in this trying time of finding people (any people) who are willing to work during this post Covid time in our lives.

I’m in from PA visiting family, I came here to get some NA Busch for my father, she took my id and quickly scanned it 4 times, and handed it back to me saying she couldn’t do anything else with it. Maybe because I look a little young? Reason being she called me kiddo but I feel like that might be a little bit of discrimination..

If I could give negative stars I would. I have been using Drugmart for years growing up in Lodi, then I even worked for them when they built in Montville. I personally never had any issues with the stores or pharmacies. Til I moved to Medina a year ago and started using the Medina Location Drugmart. When they tell you that it “saves you the run around” that does not apply in any manor to this store. The inconsistencies and lack of customer service is infuriating. I won’t got into all the problems I’ve had with them. For Months I’ve been dealing with the shortages as many people have been… for a couple different types of medications I take. Which fine that isn’t their fault though as months have gone on and gotten better “shortage wise” My doctor suggested 90 day scripts to help with the gaps and hassle involved. First time I called I spoke to the pharmacy the lady treated me like I was incompetent and said Narcotics don’t fill 90 day scripts. I thought my doctor was mistaken and he said that many of his other patients are able to fill 90days. I call again, this time a man told me that they could fill 90 days but refuse because of the shortage. I accepted that and time went on, I told my doctor that and he again said that’s very odd and his other patients don’t have issues with their pharmacy. The next month I spoke with the pharmacist this time and he said that neither of those are the case… that it’s because my insurance won’t cover it…I asked him if he was sure and he couldn’t check because at the time it was too early to fill. Also in these months I keep running into problems with the pharmacy saying that my doctor didn’t call them in or he cancels it. I mean each month I’m on 2 different doses of the same medication and their was always a problem. I go back and forth with my doctor atleast 4-5 times and he would say he called it in…they don’t have it… he has confirmations from them each time. My doctor has had it… he has gone and made sure that everything was working on his end. Going forward (I now have to go in person each month for physical copies.) I spoke with the pharmacist last week about this issue and he told me that Drugmart had a cyber attack recently and that is the reason. I spoke with another pharmacist this week because for 2 weeks they still say they don’t have one of my scripts.. I ask him if they can reset their system or contact someone to fix this? He says that I’m THE ONLY Person having any problems and it’s not on their end…..I’m so over this pharmacy. DON’T USE THIS LOCATION

I stopped in this location Sunday morning to pick up a few things and was blown away by how incredibly rude the cashier was to me. Jessica U....learn some customer service skills. You were so rude to me. I had to say hi to you, and then you acted like it was such an inconvenience for me to be checking out at your register with my whole 6 items. I also work for this company and am embarrassed to have people such as you working for them. If you don't want to work, then don't have a job.

I called the pharmacy and was impressed that the person that picked up the call was actually the pharmacist and I found him to be very professional, respectful, and kind. I was very impressed.

Our family loves Drugmart! This location is my least favorite. As other customers have mentioned staff isnt very friendly, but I needed an item. I gave the cashier my courtesy card and gave her my husband's name to apply the points too..she didn't pay attention, not very customer oriented.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Cashiers are so rude and never smile never a pleasant demeanor. Management is too busy standing out by the dumpster smoking. At one time 4 DDM employees all standing out there smoking.
