Person that was working when we went in did not check her paperwork so think she told us like upgrade costs and prices for buy two get one free accessories was wrong was told upgrade was 69.00 turned out to be $99 because the promo was over 2 days ago and the buy two get one free promo was over so paid a lot more than anticipated just to get a new phone

Thankfully. I looked at the Cricket website before going to purchase a new phone. I walked in and Olivia told me the best price she could give me was$150. I replied that I saw them on the website for $99.99. She told me that was the price for new Cricket customers. I told her $39.99 was the website price for new customers. Then she said ok," I do have a Samsung model for $80." I purchased it. Olivia lied to me twice to get more money out of me. Will never again give the Median Cricket store any business. BEWARE!

Had to get the SIM card replaced on an old phone due to 3G no longer being supported. Staff was very quick and updating the phone with the new SIM card.

All I can say about Nick is you are lucky to have him. He bent over backwards tonight to help me get my new phone to pair with my car's android auto after 3 hours at the car dealership where they could not help me. He solved the problem. I can do my consulting work and GPS in my car again. He was kind and patient and totally focused on the solution. He would be an asset to any company. This is a young man who understands technology and people. It really was my greatest pleasure to meet him and woot in victory when he solved the problem. Thank you so very much for being you and for helping me. Don't ever change.

I have been a Cricket customer for years, buying my last few phones from the Medina store. Cricket itself is a good service, I've had excellent coverage at a great price. I've been helped by D'Angelo and Josh at the Medina store, they are both friendly and helpful. I will continue to use Cricket, and will only visit the Medina store when I'm ready for another phone.

Went in and dealt with the DAngelo who I've been dealing with for a couple years now.probably one of the friendliest people I've ever dealt with in any retail business and very very very very helpful.
