Painful. Their ATM was broken and the only way I was allowed to get cash out of my account was to pay a cash advance on my debit card ($50.00). Zero support from Rebecca.

UPDATE! They got a new ATM installed! Changed the rating.Great location and friendly staff. Only gripe is the ATM sometimes shuts off and resets while I am depositing cash. When this happens, you money does not get deposited to your account and you have to file a claim to get your money. This has happened several times. Don't risk it and go inside if you can.

I've been going to this branch for years! They usually greet me by my first name and with a smile.I'm also impressed that many of their employees have been working there for years, which is more rare these days.It's just nice to see some familiar faces and work with people that know what they're doing and seem to enjoy joy their jobs!I highly recommend this Chase branch. It's inside a Buehler's grocery store, which makes banking and grabbing some other items very convenient.

I rarely go inside, but when I do they’re always super polite. I’m always greeted when I come in and usually there’s no wait. I recently had to switch accounts and get a new card and I had the pleasure of working with Nikki. She was nice and very helpful. She got everything changed for me in no time and I was on my way. Great bank!

Manager likes to mansplain yet doesn’t know too much it seems. Sent away because I was not able to get verified thrw the drive throw yet summit chase had no problem via drive thru.

I want to thank the people at the Chase branch in Medina for all their help. Over the last couple days, I've had issues with someone trying to get into my accounts. James and Anthony have been amazing at fixing/preventing this from happening. I have been with Chase for over 20 years and the level of service I have received in the last 48 hours will keep me for another 20. Thanks to everyone

Worst customer service ever! I have banked with Chase for YEARS and they are worth TRILLIONS of dollars - and when they did not return my husband's license in the drive-thru tube I called them immediately the next morning and requested that they overnight it (as we live 7 hours away in PA and he travels a lot and needs it for rental cars). Today, 5 days later, they still have not sent it and he has to postpone his travel due to their incompetence! Denise Whited is the Manager there and was rude. It seems they go out of their way to explain that NONE OF IT IS THEIR FAULT - vs. just taking care of the customer and the situation. It seems their goal is to be difficult and unaccommodating!
