When I started there almost 2years ago I was a grinder then the friction plant manager took me out of that position and put me into molding with no mask to have no resperator to have because of there guide lines when I wanted to move up out of my spot as a TMO I wasn’t aloud to advance to a higher position it’s who you know to get there or if you are buddy’s with them such as the area leads to get to be a AMO I was taken out of my Cnc position because because of the plant manager it’s called favoritism in this company even HR is involved in this to
