Was 24 hrs. Now says closes at midnight, yet at 11:30 on 3/8/2024 The store was closed pumps off and lights off. Poor customer service can't even adhere to their "updated" hours.

Common visited places by myself I usually don’t write or leave a negative review after one bad experience. At this BP it seems it’s just one after another with the customer service by the clerks and I understand they probably don’t love their job but Every time I walk into the place I feel like I’m inconveniencing them by paying for my gas inside especially when they tell me I could just pay at the pump with a card I don’t have to come in if I’m not purchasing anything But gas. I doubt the advise was to save myself some steps and time because the attitude it was delivered with

This is easily one of the worst run subways.....no help( get it Pandemic right?) people there could care less - was closed for a while should stay closed.... Get my Jimmie John app ready.....

Closes at 10 with the excuse of limited employees. Receipt paper never filled at the pump. Squeegees suck, the buckets are filled with toilet water. The car wash is THE WORST. You’d have better luck washing your vehicle in Death Valley after digging down to the water table.

Walked into get a sub and saw employees with masks under noses. I turned around and walked right back out! Really??!

Terrible service, I walked in and was told to go order online so after waiting 10 minutes in line I went and ordered online like they asked waited 20 minutes for it to be ready came back to pick it up for them to tell me they were out of everything I ordered and the only thing that had was wheat bread! Then it took them 30 minutes to refund it. Never returning to that store they couldnt have warned me they were out of over half their product prior to telling me to go order online? So stulud.

I too was unable to order on two occasions. Employees weren't around to take an order. Will not return.

Very poorly managed gas station - half the pumps are out of order at any given time and never any receipt paper. Recommend going elsewhere...
