My 10 yr old rescue Pomeranian, Lola Ballerina, was severely neglected and had one spot on her hip where the hair was very sparse. I've had her 3 years. My vet thought a previous flea infestation. I started her on the skin and coat treats about 18 months ago. Her coat is now so luxurious & they are easy to eat (missing about half her teeth). She does a happy dance every time I pull out the treat bag!

Switched from Farmer’s Dog to Bl-Jac. It was an easy digestive transition. Same nutritional results. I recall they did larger bags of the frozen food line, that’s the reason for my four star review. I also like that it’s a local company! I’d like to see them expand their market. The dry food and treats are non-existent in my area.

I will always support a family owned and operated company of a big corporation any day. The only thing that I have a problem with is my pit bull is 30 lbs over weight (prior to using any BilJac products) and I bought 1 standard bag of adult large breed and a bag of your reduced fat. I only feed her 1 cup of food twice a day per meal. I fed her this mix for the first 2 weeks she was thinning out but shes back up to where she was. She seems bloated because some days she won't eat in the morning. So my question to you is did I mess up somewhere by buying 2 different bags and not just 2 bags of reduced fat...or should I have not given her the large breed bag because she's definitely no mastiff she's probably half a mastiff's size.

Love your new packaging on the biscuits for small/Med dogs I purchased at Marcs today! I also love the shape of the biscuit so much better ❤️?

Their rep lied to me and my wife in the store. He said the product is made here in Medina but we recently did some research to find the product is made in Maryland. My dog has been having lots of issues with shedding and itching and I let the vet know we switched him to Bil-Jac Large Breed Adult Dry dog food. My vet said this is one of the dog foods he would never recommend. Employees at the store questioned me buying it as well. This food was making my dog sick! And it has BHA to boot! Do some research people. Get your dogs off this food immediately! It’s killing them!

I have no issues with their products but do have issues with how they treat their employees. Very toxic work environment. Feel bad for how leadership treats those underneath them especially in the corporate office. For that reason alone I no longer purchase their products.

Good stuff for my dogs. Only dry dog food brand I buy & the treats aren't bad either. I have 3 dogs on this food & all of them have beautiful coats & healthy digestive systems. Highly recommend trying it.

This company fired me because I told them I couldn't work 60 hours a week and then they denied my unemployment. They lied to unemployment and told them they let me go do to not being able to perform my job.

My Harbor is so picky, so we went to Walmart and got him some bil-jac, he ate every bite in his bowl... usually I have to force him to eat. Now he's eating and I don't have to beg him. Thank you!! From here on out this is all I will buy. I live close to Medina where it's made, is it possible to shop at the warehouse? Live about an hour away, but it'd be worth the trip.

We came across these treats in the store and had to buy them as our dog's name is Goober and we call him Gooberlicious at times. He absolutely adores them!

Working with all kinds of dogs, training, walking, you name it - Bil-Jac is the best reward for them. The treats are small enough to easily carry and stay fresh for as long as the zip lock bag lasts. They're nutritious and the dogs love them as an everyday working treat. They never fail to engage a dog.
