“Back in 2014, I got the Platinum spray on bedliner, and the undercoating with rust protection. This was money well spent. I'm still driving the truck today, and the bedliner looks great. I actually, still get compliments on how nice the spray on liner looks. I recommend both of these products, especially if you keep your vehicles for a long time like me. “I got several estimates from other autobody shops that were ridiculous. I contacted Champs and received a fair estimate. Champs replaced and painted the panel and wheel tub on my pickup truck bed. I am very happy with the job they did. Brian explained what parts and the work needed to repair my truck. I was sent text messages and pictures showing the progress which I greatly appreciated. Champs price for the whole job was very reasonable. If I ever need any body work done again, I will definitely go back to Champs Auto Body. Highly recommend!”

“It used to be that if You needed nuts bolts hardware You could count on Napa,Lately even Napa doesn't bother restocking small much needed items.The discount parts stores only offer assortment packs and seldom can You find what You need.Although this awesome store had to become part of a discount chain they try hard to still offer all that they used to and they are the last TRUE remaining parts store in this town.They are much appreciated...and they are all great people full of automotive knowledge.”
“Napa is one of those auto parts stores that has been serving the automotive parts space for years. While the "BIG BOX CHAIN" auto parts stores provide for the most part, the exact same thing at a somewhat less expensive price, the oftentimes teenage store associates are not going to provide you with the knowledge that is often available at many NAPA retailers. While I do shop at both NAPA and the big chain auto parts stores (Napa's are usually are not open late), there is definitely key differences. Let's talk about motor oil and antifreeze. For those of us still driving cars with internal combustion engines, this is a necessity. NAPA's own brand of both of these products is usually MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE than the 3 major chain stores. Did you know that they don't just stock auto parts? if you have the part number or know the size, you sometimes can get certain parts like bearings or a belt for your Lawn Mower or Washing Machine. How about a headlight bulb for your bicycle? They can even mix auto paint at many of their stores for that project vehicle you are working on. Maybe you just need some touch up paint for a scratch. Or perhaps you need some bolts and nuts to fix that broken wheelbarrow. Many of these stores have books/catalogs to cross-reference things that sometimes the computer doesn't show you. Kind of like going to the card catalog at your local library, if they even do that anymore.....The point is that the experienced employees at NAPA make it worth paying a little extra. If you go to many of the "big box auto part chain stores" and they can't look it up on the computer, you're screwed, to put it politely. When you need something next time, call NAPA too. You never know, NAPA might have what you need for less.”

“My name is Barry McKeighan from Rutland, Vt. I would like to take this time to share my experience dealing with Ken Garley Kia in Medina Ohio. We were on our way from Rutland , Vt. to Memphis, TN. With our grandson when my rod brgs went on my 2014 Kia Sorento. I was so lucky to see there Kia dealership sign just off the interstate, so L was able to pull off and make it to the dealership. They were able to pull it right in to evaluate it and said the motor had to be replaced.. I want to especially thank Brett on the service dept.and the mechanic for the speedy turnaround time for the repair. We were able to complete our trip to Graceland with a rental and pick up our car on the way back through. I would recommend them for sure on the service department.
