He was very nice-He explained all the changes from old phone to my new phone and the difference in the upgrade options-I was very happy with my experience. I will definitely make sure to go back if I have any issues. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Only one problem during my visit was signing my transferred phone up for a protection plan that is $18 a month without prior approval. Leaving the store to find out the next day that I had this "add-on" on my account. Make sure you decline or check your account after going here. Overall though the service was quick to get my phone transferred from Verizon with taking around 15-30 minutes.

My wife and I visited the AT&T store in Medina, OH to upgrade our phones. . The CS rep who helped was Devon. Devon really understood our needs. His knowledge of the plans and equipment was very helpful. I was very impressed with how efficient he was in setting everything up. My wife and I couldn't have been happier. In fact you could tell from the employee interactions that AT&T has a very strong team in that location. My wife and I will ask for Devon by name the next time we visit the store. Thank you Devon. They have screen protectors, they’ll put it on for you, but don’t expect it to be aligned at all. Got a protector from here, had them install it. All to find out there’s a huge gap on one side compared to the other. Ripped it off, went to a competitor down the road, had them put a new one on, flawless install. It’s a nice store and all, friendly staff, but don’t expect a great screen protector install.

Gwen S. was amazing! I went in on 11/19/23 to switch from MetroPcs to AT&T, as well as change from my Android to a new iPhone. Gwen was very patient, customer service oriented and knowledgeable. She offered to assist with activating my phone when it arrived. I returned on 11/26/23 to activate my phone and again she was amazing! As I was on the phone with MetroPcs, struggling to understand their instructions, she graciously offered to speak with them. In less than 30 seconds, the activation process began! Gwen completed the set up process for me and took time to show me various options. It is rare to have an employee like Gwen S. who was so customer focused, patient and knowledgeable! Thank you, Gwen at AT&T, Medina, Ohio!

Zac, Mike and the team are fantastic! We brought over a large group after 20+ years at a competitor and they answered EVERY question and concern we had. Their knowledge and professionalism was appreciated.

Went into the store not too long ago and the Assistant Manager, Frank was fantastic! Very knowledgeable about all of the products and was able to help me upgrade me and my husband's devices. He made it so easy and was able to help us get a great deal on the upgrades. 10/10 would recommend!!

I had the pleasure of visiting this store twice in two days and Mike was very helpful. We went in to upgrade my boyfriends phone and I decided while I was there to upgrade my own phone. Mike was very patient with all of my questions and knowledgeable about the products.Since I was there so close to closing time, I offered to come back the next day so Mike could help me transfer my old phone to my new phone. When I went back the next day, Mike was there to help. He apologized many times for the amount of time it was taking although that was not his fault.I also purchased an iPad while I was there (I had been thinking about it for a while) and Mike helped me with that too. Both days, Mike’s co-workers were friendly even though they were not directly helping me.

Mike and Devon were able to help me out with everything I needed. Very friendly, helpful and professional. I highly recommend coming into the store with any of your mobile needs. Mike was able to help me organize my current phone plan and also help me upgrade my plan to better fit my needs.

Mike was extremely helpful and friendly. He was reassuring to my disabled daughter when she started being anxious about her device not working. He was so knowledgeable about are service needs. If we have problems again we’ll be looking for him. Thank you so much Mike!!!

Very pleased with the professionalism Mike displayed. He knows the product and that helped me undetstand the details of the sale. Understanding my activation fee he suggested calling customer service. While customer was acceptable Mike was outstanding! His professionalism and class convinced me to stay with AT&T!

If I could leave 6 stars, I would. I was having some problems with my phone and Mike was able to help me. He was extremely friendly and professional, and solved my problem when other reps at another location couldn’t. He knew what he was doing and let me know I can come back in any time if I ever have any further issues. I struggle a lot to figure things out on my smart phone so this was a relief for me. I will definitely be coming back to this location if I ever need any assistance again.
