Sad how far Armstrong has fallen. I am literally a price increase, or more disfunction with my dvr away from telling them to pound salt. I will also never switch to medina fiber.

So what is going on tonight with Armstrong Cable?? So so tired of all the interruptions with your TV service. Can’t get through to call. So sick of seeing “loading video” on the screen. You have told us about upgrades for over a year and yet your product is worse than it ever was. Almost a daily thing to have to unplug the box to reboot and tonight nothing works. We have been customers for many years but this is becoming so frustrating that I sit and say I hate Armstrong far to often anymore.

I’m constantly told there are “service problems in the area”. They never fix my issue and just run to that. Obviously there are problems in the area. Stop telling me you’ll “monitor” them like that’s going to fix the issues. It gets old after being told the same thing 5 times per month. I can’t get work done when my internet is constantly going out.

They show up to my house unannounced to update and change stuff, I have a high anxiety watch dog that will break windows or attack if not supervised. My land is private and should be respected as such. ANY service needs to plan ahead with their customer not just show up. Not to mention your workers look and act like trashy people. Trash talking my house on while I watch them on camera.... rude unprofessional and over priced. will be cancelling service in the near future

I feel like they false advertise. The wifi never works in the evening (I assume most people with this provider are home from work and using the network). The speed that they offer and you pay for is not accurate, the connectionis unstable and unreliable. And I always have a hard time gaming even though the plan says "great for gaming".

I'm writing this review, like many times I have to use the internet, using my cell phone as a mobile hotspot. If you are considering Armstrong and even consider doing business with a company with 2.2 stars, I guess, like me, you deserve the awful product you get. Ever since switching to fiber, our service has been abysmal. I would pay extra to go back to what we had before they ripped our yard up and forced us into this garbage. Internet speeds are not noticeably faster at all, and it is constantly dropping. Several times a week I find myself using my cell phone as a hot spot just to get work done. Customer service is useless. They claim our neighbor's Medina Fiber internet is interfering and causing these problems but have 0 solutions. Not surprisingly, our awful Armstrong internet is not causing issues for our neighbors. I regularly sit down to watch TV and have to switch everything over to my cell phone's connection to even watch anything. It is comical how awful this company's product is compared to what they charge. Trash product. Trash service. Trash experience.

Don’t bother going to Fiber if you can get another company for internet do it. I have videos from a 2 hour long movie on Paramount + I pay for that has stopped randomly three times and booted me completely twice and then I have to go back and find it to restart it a 2 hour movie has taken almost three and I’m over it! We call they tell us everything looks fine on their side and we have perfect signal. My behind I have video evidence you lie. Go elsewhere friends

Sat down to watch the indycar race and of course the cable went out at the start. Didn't come back on until it was over. Once was a great provider, but since they went to fiber service is really poor. After 20 plus years with Armstrong, I am looking for an alternative.

This is just not everything Armstrong advertises their product to be. We have their EXP package and it's very mediocre. When steaming we are always buffering, when watching TV the picture goes blank, the extra streaming channels never works and I could go on and on. We have Zoom II and deserve much better. They always run speed checks and say everything is fine but we sit here buffering constantly. When calling customer service you wait forever for someone to pick up the phone and when you get them they seem lost. I gave one of the techs and error message and he didn't know what it was. Very disappointing and way too expensive for what you get. I would like another option but right now I don't have one. If you do you will probably want to check it out. Armstrong is a big disappointment.

Forced into switching to there new fiber optic cable and since then we can't get our shows to stream as they did before with the normal cable line.Wondering if there new fiber optic line slows and restricts stream so then your Forced to pay for there cable TV aswell.

These guys offer a mediocre product at best, backed up by terrible customer service. To top it off, they enjoy a near monopoly in the area so they continue perform poorly without consequence.

Customer Service - Tech Support and Billing ALL dropped the ball. Not one department followed through with their promise to return a phone call or work to solve a problem. My internet was spotty, at best, for over a year. This was unacceptable while running a business. Tech support was of no help and refused to come out to look at the equipment.When I decide to cancel my service (after 20 years) and use a new internet supplier, Armstrong refused to cancel my contract,It is unacceptable for them to use the contract to bind me to their refusal to provide good service. $440.21, over a dozen phone calls with no resolution, or call back (even though they continuously said they would have some supervisor call me back. ) I also was frustrated that they would make "notes on the account" about things that didn't happen.I have never been treated so disrespectfully or carelessly by a vendor or supplier. I didn't need to use my busy work day to look for a new supplier, have a new service installed, and fight with Armstrong over $400.00 - I left as a last resort.I will never recommend your service to anyone.

Overpriced, constant tv issues there has been multiple people out to fix it and no one can, internet is slow and shuts off a lot wish I could go with direct tv
