When completing a transaction and handing customers their receipt, it would be great if the cashier could make eye contact and offer a friendly farewell like 'have a nice evening' or 'please come again.' Avoiding a rushed handoff of the receipt without acknowledgment can make customers feel more valued. Thank you for your consideration”

“I needed 4 hoses for a faucet change. My size was empty among the 60 other hoses. I asked an employee Marylin for help. She checked overstock above and no luck. She checked inventory and said there was 72 in stock. She didn't give up and spent a lot of time helping me. She found them next aisle over under faucets. The only size hose there.....20 .....all by themself. 15 minutes of great help and did not give up. Thanks Marylin”
