There were only 2 people working, neither of which acknowledged our presence when when walked in. We waited over 30 minutes while they were supposedly helping other people. After 30 minutes of waiting and ZERO acknowledgement, we left. This was the worst treatment we've ever received from AAA in the over 4 decades we've been members. AAA has really gone downhill to the point its meaningless being a member, especially when this is the treatment you get.

Not sure where to list this review but, wanted to say we had a tow scheduled with AAA with Lloyd's Towing and the driver was fantastic and efficient for our classic car to be towed. Thank you

We were highly disappointed in the service, quality, and guidance we received in working with their travel services. We found our agent was unprepared even though we sent detailed information to her ahead. We were not informed regarding our travel insurance deadlines which would have rendered it useless. We ended up booking much of our own accommodations,determining options we wanted to pursue, and found our own insurance. We put in hours of research which is something we wished to avoid by using AAA for travel. I have been a AAA member for over 50 years, but the only thing I find valuable about AAA is their roadside assistance.

Much like others on here I can validate this place has went down hill and missed the mark. I tried calling Susan left messages and no return phone call. I had to stop in to AAA to get a live person to help. After scheduling an appointment met with Susan went over some options but she never got back to me after saying she would email me further options. Again tried to call left messages and she never called back. After contacting main AAA nu ber they put me through to Medina branch and in touch with Susan who seemed shocked to be speaking with me. I reminded her about the material she said she would be sending and she told me she would send it that day. Well guess what never happened. I even tried to speak to manager and still no answer back. I gave up on this place. Will be turning to another travel agency that has my best interests. This is unacceptable when your working on commission. I left out alot of what happened to me but I'm moving on.

I worked with Susan McClain to schedule a 10 day hiking trip to Arizona in late August for my brother and I. Susan did a very good job of scheduling flights, hotel reservations and SUV rental. Because of very hot temperatures we postponed the trip till early October. Susan did a great job of rescheduling the flights, hotel rental and SUV rental. She paid close attention to our needs and flight seating desires and provided extra help in defining luggage restrictions and weight information. I was very happy with her help and would highly recommend Susan to anyone else and will reuse her in the future. She was not only helpful but also very friendly and went the "extra mile" to provide great suggestions for our travel needs. The experience of working with Susan was very enjoyable and she works long hours to make schedules work.

I absolutely love the Medina office! Everyone there is so friendly and always willing to help with my travel plans. Amber was especially helpful in suggesting destinations. I will always come back to Medina!

We joined AAA to use the travel services and very much regret joining. We visited the agency to receive help planning a trip. The agent said she would put some ideas together for us but never called. After a couple of weeks when I didn't hear from her, I called and left messages, but was never contacted. We decided to stop into the agency a second time and respectfully spoke with a different agent and explained our dilemma. She promised to get back to us and assured us she would help. We still never heard back. We ended up calling another travel agency and received the help we needed.

Ok. I'll increase my star review a little because a manager then agent got back to me, but they couldn't help me with The Creation Museum nor Noah's Ark...And I have yet to here back about our Hawaii vacation...ughReally disappointed with travel services this year. I guess they can't find anyone to work there. I stopped in January to plan 2 vacations this Fall. Hawaii and Graceland for my wife's special birthday and have yet to hear back...

I've had both good and bad experiences with travel agents. Then I found Carol at AAA Medina. What a gift! I hope we get to continue to work together for a long time.

There was a great deal of confusion regarding which rental company was being used. At the pick-up, the company I was told didn't have my reservation. It was found with a different company and for the wrong date. It ended up costing me over $100 more than originally quoted. I am very dissatisfied with this entire transaction. I would be quite reluctant to use AAA, again, or to recommend AAA to anyone else.

They took $170 out of my bank account 20 days before my membership expired and said I signed up for automatic renewal (which I never did). I had bills, including my house payment coming out of my account and they left me in danger of overdrafting my account and with no money to even put gas in my car . They said a credit was issued but it won't be available to me until 14 days later. Buyers beware. This was very shady and unnecessary. Shame on you AAA for doing this to a loyal customer of 20 plus years!!!

I want to give a shoutout to one of the employees at the Medina location. I called looking to find out when Disney World tickets for 2023 will be released. Barb answered my call and although they are not released yet it will be very soon. She took the time to get my information and is going to call me back when they are released. That an example of great customer service.
