Absolutely CLUELESS kid working here!! He said he's new and doesn't know how to prepare food!! 30 minutes waiting for an online order is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! SEVEN ELEVEN...YOU SHOULD SERIOUSLY BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF ALONG WITH BEING EMBARRASSED TO NOT BE TRAINING YOUR EMPLOYEES!!! I GIVE YOU A STRONG ZERO "0" A 45 MINUTE WAIT FOR A ORDER AND THE STORE HAS ONLY HAD 3 CUSTOMERS COME IN!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! BE ASHAMED 7/11, BE VERY ASHAMED!!!!!!!

This place has been a disaster since the GM left, and understandably so. Their shelves are basically empty! No vuse, out of my energy drinks, donuts... What a dump.

I have to say I absolutely love coming to this location now, especially when the lady Nicole is there it's always so nice and clean and smells good when you walk in. The customer service she offers is hands down the best that I have encountered. I will go here before anywhere else. She treats people as she would want to be and has an amazing energy, polite & very curtious.Thank you and keep being you. There isn't much of that left in Customer service now days.

Here's an honest review.Nicole needs to have a better attitude when it comes to Doordash and doordashers. Doordashers have one job, and it is to only pick up the order. It is uncomfortable for her to make one feel bad for doing their job when she needs to just do her job and grab the items. Not only does she tell the doordashers to grab the items themselves or not have the pick up ready on time, ever- but she talks badly about doordash and the doordasher to the clients. I understand she may be the only person there, and the idea of multitasking may be difficult to her but things can be handled in a professional manner. The customers do not need her venting to them about the work she doesn't want to do.I'm writing this review to hopefully grab the attention of the manager to speak to her about this because her attitude is out of hand. We are all working to make our money, if it's too much for her then quit.

I have never experienced such great service and felt more like somewhere is a great place to be every time. Everything Jay does is ontop of service and above customer satisfaction. I have been in a lot as a regular and my interaction has always been good but when Jay is working, it is a whole different experience!!

Employees joking about how a man was supposed to check for expire dates but instead he took the price off and the one of the employees didn’t even know the price on it and when I looked on the date it was expired march 19.PLEASE CHECK SNACKS ON SHELF AND FOOD THIS IS WHY PPL GET SICK AND SOMETIMES DIE

This place is always open and always has a good selection of items. I recently move out of town and was back for a day, stopped in at 12 in the middle of the night and had a gentleman with the beard and he was the kindest guy I've met here. He helped me twice when we had issues with the pump and was kinda about the whole thing. He deserves a raise!
