I rarely leave a one star review but Winner’s has got to take the one star review. First the customer service you receive at the cash register counter is by fair the worst customer service ever from any gas station and that’s saying something because speedway has horrible customer service but yet winners has managed to one up speedway and take the lead for Worst customer service. To get the lady up off of her stool and actually provide good friendly customer service is next to impossible. If by chance she does get up then you run into the problem of she can’t stop gossiping with the other lady woking the register. I didn’t come to the gas station to hear all of the Mechanicsburg drama. Gosh I could seriously go on about the poor customer service. The ladies at the food counter on the other hand are fast and do a good job. Second complaint would be pricing the store never has any deals on drinks when we all know they are getting the same special pricing as certified up the road but yet they continue to overcharge the customers. Lastly to top it all of the store is so out of date a reminder would have been good about 15 years ago! I don’t nor would I recommend winners merely because of the customer service aspect.

We come in here 30-40 people deep all with muddy boots. My food is always done faster than they say it will take and they are so friendly. I know I speak for a lot of guys on this job when I say I'm so grateful for such a pleasant experience on lunch time.

Lori is the BEST worker there! I've known her forever!!!! I can't think of a time that she has ever been rude to ANYBODY! she would take a bullet for you! she always says hello and thank you. She will ALWAYS help you find something!

I will never be going there again lived in meachincsburg for 3 years and try to shop local this place has some of the most rude employees IV ever seen especially the old white hair lady id suggest not shopping here because of there rude service I'll be taking my business elsewhere ...

Every time you go there there are 10-20 old people standing outside blocking the entrance. There rude disrespectful but the winners are ok with it.They take all the parking spots out front of the store causing paying customers to park out back. If there gona sit there in everybody’s way the least they could do is park out back. I’ve complained before and nothings changed. Ridiculous

I like this place except for the old battle ax (curly gray haired lady) that has been there for as long as I can remember (over 10 years) . She has never said hello or thank you, just looks at you and waits for you to speak. Not sure why she gets to be rude to everyone, but all the other employees are super friendly. I guess I might be grumpy if I was in my 70's and HAD to work at a gas station.

After being a customer for 17 years I will never again go here. Unless I want to get talked down to by rude, crass employees that work the registers. I will not go through the drive thru nor the zoom zoom across the street. I will also not use the car wash which they own or eat at mix 165 which they also own.
