I reserved a 26' uhaul at this location a week and a half before my move. They decided to change my uhaul rental to over 50 miles away. When i asked uhaul corporate why they did this. They responded by saying that Braggs, already rented out the uhaul i reserved. I really appreciate finding all of this out the day before my move. Why even bother making a reservation? This tells me more than I need to know about this business. I will definitely be using a different company in the future
