It's a decent small town pharmacy. You usually have to wait when you go in. Items in the store are way over priced. But you usually don't have an issue getting your prescriptions.

Tasha, the clerk, when ringing up prescriptions, did not do it correctly. When I told her about it at the time, she just shrugged. I went back in to see if someone else could resolve the issue and made a suggestion for future transactions. Guess who waited on me? Yep, and she just shoved a piece of paper at me and said they said to give you this. No apology, no have a nice day, nothing. Now, this mistake on her part will possibly cost my mom over 50$ as her insurance may not reimburse her as it was originally rung up by Tasha. The piece of paper that I was given may or may not be acceptable by my mother's insurance. If this is "business as usual" then maybe this isn't the best way to do business! If it were her or her mother being out 50 bucks maybe she would pay closer attention! There were NO other people in the pharmacy the day Tasha rung up the prescriptions incorrectly so there is no excuse for this, let alone her rotten attitude. This just makes me wonder, where are people's work ethics? Are they a thing of the past? Is tasha the daughter of someone who does the hiring?(nepotism)? It's not the mistake made that bothers me as much as it is her pitiful attitude about it. If there is ever an employee performance evaluation (which I doubt), I hope they straighten her out.

Jessie checked me out and she was the kindest person there. The "techs" were not overly nice and actually acted like I was more of a bother to them than a patron. I personally know Haley, one of the pharmacists there who is absolutely excellent and extremely knowledgeable. Unfortunately, She was not there today. The on duty pharmacist was polite but gave no "Perosnal" attention for what I consider a hometown pharmacy. Again, the techs were busy filling orders and were not interested in making me feel welcome. I will drive to Athens, from now on, to go to Walmart or CVS, unless Haley is there. I do not want to spend my hard earned money on a business that the employees make you feel like you are bothering them. Sorry for this review, but it is what it is. That's my experience and it made me sad. I know Haley would be disappointed in their behavior toward me.
