“Lori smul and her team are phenomenal, they get the job done, we were going through a home owners claim and were getting the run around from corporate state farm and we reached out to lori and she got on the ball and got it moving. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for insurance coverage,super friendly, super helpful, giving 5 stars doesn't cover what they have done for myself and my family. They deserve 10 stars! “worst nightmare in my life booking a cruise with this Branch. one minute I'm being told that I could receive a refund the next minute I'm being told I can't get a refund that has to be issued in a voucher. while having everything in writing saying I am due a refund. customer service never followed up with any of the issues that we were having basically just told us there's nothing that they can do for us. save your time and go to another branch. in touch with the district manager now so maybe they can help me very disappointed on the way this whole process was handled”
“I really don't understand all these negative reviews. I've used them for over 20 years now. Sure there have been issues, but nothing any other insurance providers haven't had. Most problems stem from the person in the hospital or clinic and not Selman & Co. themself. Customer service is just as fast as calling your doctor (Which can be slow sometimes) and lots faster than calling Tricare! I'd give them 5 stars but there is always room for improvement.”
