“worst nightmare in my life booking a cruise with this Branch. one minute I'm being told that I could receive a refund the next minute I'm being told I can't get a refund that has to be issued in a voucher. while having everything in writing saying I am due a refund. customer service never followed up with any of the issues that we were having basically just told us there's nothing that they can do for us. save your time and go to another branch. in touch with the district manager now so maybe they can help me very disappointed on the way this whole process was handled”
“I really don't understand all these negative reviews. I've used them for over 20 years now. Sure there have been issues, but nothing any other insurance providers haven't had. Most problems stem from the person in the hospital or clinic and not Selman & Co. themself. Customer service is just as fast as calling your doctor (Which can be slow sometimes) and lots faster than calling Tricare! I'd give them 5 stars but there is always room for improvement.”
